Very poor experience. I do not recommend having taxes done at this location. Wasted my time for a week when it was mission critical to get my business taxes done and manager never called me back!

Do not let Senely Eliwise do your taxes! She has messed mine up big time. She did not know how to do a sell of a house or how to file someone who is separated but divorced. She told me she was not new but she did not like filling paperwork for a sale of a house because she doesn't know how. I had to email her a document and while she was waiting for it to come in she was checking her email. He phone alarm and rang a few times which was unprofessional. Thankfully Claudia Hornsby came over and corrected her work and had to fix everything or else it would have been filed incorrectly. I had a VA return which was $500 but originally Senely had it incorrect and showed I owed $90. I definitely would of thought she was new. I was there for two and half hours and still had general questions that I will have to call back to get answered. I would give a one star if it weren't for Claudia. She is nice and definitely knows what she is doing. If you go here schedule with Claudia and not Senely.

2021 agent lied to us about a tax credit, 2022 agent messed up our filing and almost cost us nearly $6k. Never using this company again.
