Make sure you get your taxes rechecked when leaving. My son went back a second time, when I found an error, to be told they did them right. When I went back with him, for the third time, they finally fixed the issue and he owed almost $3,000 less. Use at your own risk.

Every year for the last 8 years I did our taxes using TurboTax. Clearly I didn’t do something right. This year I decided to load my stuff up and let Block do them and Ta-Da we don’t owe!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a appointment and when I show up they tell me wait they will have someone else take care of me. 30 min pass and they say they are to busy and will just call me. I never received any calls, they shut the office and cannot find my paperwork.

I was able to make an appointment to fit my schedule .The agent was well informed and my taxes were done in less than an hour .

I wish that I could put zero stars. I had an appt today with Susan. I walked in 10 minutes before 10am,only to be told she's no longer working. Sitting in the parking lot I called the nearest office and got an appointment. Last year the woman Susan really messed me up. She put on my return that I never got a stimulus check. I spent 6mos trying to get that worked out with penalties.Good luck. I'll never go there again.

I dropped my tax documents off on April 7 and received a slip of paper stating that Ernest would handle our taxes, after hearing nothing about our taxes my wife called to check in on the 14th only to hear that THEY HAD LOST OUR DOCUMENTS.Accidents happen, but the way H&R Block handled this accident really put a sour taste in my mouth. We end up getting the runaround and having to call a few different offices ultimately having a manager at a different location in town tell us to request the documents from the IRS and they'll handle the rest. Only problem is the IRS does not have any of these documents and I can only request transcripts from previously filed years.I decided to use H&R Block for the same reason I've used them previously, convenience, but this incident has really showed me just how convenient going to H&R Block is.The headache doesn't just involve taxes not being filed but now I'm worried about sensitive personal information floating around and biting me in the butt later.I won't use H&R Block again and I urge anyone considering filing with H&R Block because of the convenience to reconsider.
