She whe was dven able to lower my comprehensive deductible from $250 to zero. She quoted my new rate at about $350 less per 6 months. She made the process of switching over very easy and smooth and my new policy took effect that day. It was a great experience, she was not pushy nor did she apply hard sales tactics. I would definitely recommend State Farm.”

She stayed on State Farm corporate every day, gave me a document via email to carry with me to show I still had coverage during the in between and updated me every single day by either phone or email until it was resolved. I read the negative reviews and would say that if someone has questions about their already existing Blue Cross policy and they are not Affiliated customers that their questions should be directed to Florida Blue directly. However, since I did purchase a Florida Blue policy through Affiliated, I have found them to be most helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions about my policy, the renewals, etc.”
