Absolutely do not ever buy a car here, about 7 months ago me and my mother were looking for a car for me to drive for when I get my license we buy a 2014 Chevy equinox and the only problems they said it had was that the ac didn’t work as soon as we got back from the test drive they traded out the battery when we left the lot in the car we went to Tom Thumb as we were leaving the Tom Thumb the car turned off as we were leaving it and the car was still driving we didn’t think much of it but here we are 7 months later still having the same problem they never gave us any intel on anything else being wrong with the car as far as I’m concerned they already knew about the problem but had yet to say anything and I believe that’s why they traded the battery.

From the moment I reached out, Jay made the car-buying process effortless and stress-free. He patiently answered all my questions before I even got to the dealership, which already showed how much he cared about helping me find the right car. When I finally arrived, everyone treated me like family. The lovely lady in finance was not only professional but genuinely kind — she helped me feel confident about every part of my purchase.
Even when my phone died, the boss himself came to the rescue with the exact charger I needed (talk about going above and beyond!). That small moment showed me this team truly cares about their customers.
Jay deserves a raise for his patience, kindness, and dedication! My Kia Sorento is absolutely perfect — three rows, clean, comfy, and just right for my kids. Yes, I had to fill the gas tank after purchase, but that’s a small thing compared to the top-tier service I received.
I’ll be honest — I was nervous because of a few negative reviews online, but my experience was nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a car lot that treats you right and actually listens, come here. You won’t regret it. This team shines with honesty, heart, and a little bit of razzle dazzle. ✨

They turned us down after they drilled us with a interview about every dollar we spend. They ask you about how much you pay for groceries how much toilet paper we use. They get a bit to nosey into your business which is none of their business as long as they get paid period. They will refuse to tell you how much a vehicle is which I think is extremely wrong. They also said that their payments are over 500 a month which is way above average and I bet the cars aren't worth it. This seems like a shady business and I will be reporting to the BBB tomorrow morning.

Byrider is a lifesaver. With no good credit to speak of I was having no luck getting financed at other car lots. Thanks to Jay at Byrider and their in house financing I’m back on the road in a very nice car. My suggestion is skip all the BS in car city and go directly to Byrider.

I just want to say that Jerome is a very amazing man I had issues with a problem with a car that I did not like and I only had for 2 weeks he made sure that things was taken care of and he found me a car that I liked it and was comfortable with and he made sure I was satisfied before I left that place this is someone that y'all should always keep on your team because he makes sure your customers are satisfied

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. We pulled into the lot, started looking at vehicles, and the guy walked up behind us. He startled me, never properly introduced himself, and never even asked what I was interested in. The experience was so horrible I can’t even remember the salesman’s name, only that his work email is jfredric. The guy took my husband back to finance to run numbers. He later came back with a stack of papers and told us we could only look at 4 vehicles, with 3 being SUV’s. I told him I was only interested in small compact cars several times. He also told my husband to “not even try to make sense of the numbers”, when asking why the down payment was more on a different vehicle, and “I don’t have time for this”. When asking to speak with finance again, he refused. After multiple times of interrupting us, getting rude with us, making me uncomfortable, and refusing to let us speak to another salesman because “there aren’t any” after being the only customers looking at a car the entire 3.5 hours we were there, we walked out.
Went down the road to DriveTime, much kinder, more informative, and not slimy at all. Walked out, no money down, and on the CAR I fell in love with the moment I walked onto their lot. Much newer than anything I was even looking at, at JD Byrider. Go see Brandon at DriveTime, someone who DOES have time for you, 110% a better experience.
