Brandon was so helpful this is my second time doing my school shopping for my son and I got almost everything I needed for amazing deals. Always a one stop shop with a great set up and huge variety , Brandon was able to help me last time and he was there again this year and was just as memorable. The staff on top of that were so attentive and kind! Hope it stays the same for years to come for me and my son.

I ordered shoes from here for a Christmas present for my husband. The shipping estimation showed they would be here well before Christmas. I received a notification that the order was received and my credit card was charged, but after a week with no shipping information, I decided to contact customer service. The agent said the order was received but they didn't have shipping information yet. Upon further questioning, she still couldn't give me any further information on the shoes. I received a cancellation notice later that night stating they didn't have the inventory to fulfill my order.

I was there today as i am usually and there was several OF THE SAME ITEMS for 29.99 got up to register and the chick w the fake Jamaica dred lock wigg said she was a manager and them are gonna be 40 and that they were final items....SHE SAID I WASNT GETTIN THE NO TAX 29.99 DEAL......i asked all other employees and they said 29.99......she TRIED TO GET OVER ON ME AND WASNT POLITE

The cancellation and return process with this company extra trash. I tried to cancel a order the same day of purchase and they had no customer service to do it or just wouldn’t when I finally got in touch the following Monday. Then once I received them I sent them right back. These are the Easter 12’s I’m talking about and let’s just say I STILL haven’t received my refund. They say they received the shoes may 15, 2021. It’s June 3rd as I write this.

Well first off I was at the store at 10am and was told they didn’t get the Retro Jordan 1 UNC after I have already sighed up for the in store raffle and then later that day I called to check again and they told me to be there at 5 pm and I could claim a unclaimed pair. I was there at the store in line at 4:45 and was told that they just sold the last 2 pair and did not have a explanation for why they did not wait until 5pm. I have to drive a hour to this store. Disappointed Bc I was lied to and a big waste of time. Customer service is terrible. Most of staff seem very incompetent in what they are doing. I’ve missed out on drops before but it’s the point of being LIED to for no reason.

I went in for some items for my husband's birthday and retirement from 23 years of Army service. I'm a pretty patient person. I'm a seasoned ICU nurse. I know manners and use them but I don't expect much of others. I have never met a more unprofessional and impersonal group of employees in my life. Though I was certainly awaiting some assistance I was not just postponed, but completely ignored while they discussed many other topics with a plethora of explicatives especially from one of the females present. What is going on in this businesses culture that simple customer service is not required. Simple customer service equals sales, that's why people pay more for a product they could get somewhere else. It's business 101. I'd like a response from corporate because it felt discriminatory and absolutely inappropriate. I want training to improve and expectation to rise. If I code people with more manners than you sell merchandise there needs to be an evaluation of expectations.

This store well worth the money has many unique street clothes classics just stuff that you don't find in a every day contemporary clothing store no this store is classic a lot of pieces from New York styles and jerseys The customer service is excellent. Ask for "Lisa" the manager she's very nice and helpful, just a overall awsome service provider. She's the reason we are repeat custoners.
