Well they have gone down hill for me. Their leather supplies are now on a spinning floor rack rather than on an aisle, they did away with their Sharpie paint pen selection and hardly have anything to choose from with very limited colors and even more limited tip selection. And I use the extra fine and keep 3-5 of each color. Their cashier was all alone and was so slow that they had caused the line to back up. After 8 minutes and they still hadn't rang up the person they had been working with when I got in line and the line has grown to over 10 groups, not 10 people in 3 groups, but 10+ groups so around 15+people as it seemed everyone had someone with them. And no one had called for help over the PA, and no one else could even be seen as working there I set my items down and left. I had intended to make a dual length training leash for my girlfriend's costume. Oh well, I guess I will work with what I have. This store really needs to learn the concept of customer service. It's more like that are there expecting you to just hand them money as you walk out and never have to do anything. More and more businesses are getting this way. And I'm getting more and more disgusted. After all our entire country is trying to do away with the rights of the individual and the lawmakers, Congress, the Senate, the House of Representatives are making moves the big business. We are no longer We the people. Or money needs to read "In $ we trust". And these businesses are showing exactly that. They don't care anything about the customer and think they are owed their market share without having to do anything to earn it.

I went to select some fabric for a project. There was one lady who was doing the cutting. She was assisting a woman with a huge order that took so long I went to see if someone could help her. No one came. The second lady kept changing her mind about what she wanted which also added sooooo much more time. Finally my turn - but no! Another lady showed up with several bolts of fabric having pulled a lower number than mine. After standing in line for more than 30 minutes and listening to the fabric cutter talk non stop, I just left. The two associates were nice but could have provided help to this overworked fabric cutter.

Wow! You have to rescan everything to put my rewards number in? Okay rescan everything. That is your job right? That is what you get paid for? So my rewards weren’t put in because you would have to rescan 3 items. No line, you are just standing at the register, rescan my items. But you didn’t. Ridiculous

I've been in a lot of JoAnn stores however this one takes the cake in messiness! It was 2 weeks after Christmas so I understand that they need time to reorganize but the entire store was a mess! It was, however, the largest JoAnn I've ever seen! Just please get organized!

Made blankets for our Church's adopted family, no sew, we found the best deals and patterns. Plus the staff was great, even given the holiday burden on them. They turned out great ?? Thanks guys???

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had so much trouble finding what I needed for a gift for a friend and Alex really solved my issue immediately! Only complaint is that the poor fella had to reach so far around to swipe the card for activation... Seems like Joann could take that into account when setting up their POS positioning. After all, it's the employees that make this place great!

When you can catch a sale you can get some very good deals. But be prepared to wait in line for a while to pay. Today, I waited for over 15 minutes. Many customers and one cashier.

Customer service on line socks, 23 minutes on hold after I sent 4 emails in and no response like they claim for an 11.00 jingle bell ordered on the 29th, it still states processing rude person whom I could not understand did nothing to help me.The 23 minutes of recording telling me they are about customer satisfaction. I would say a few choice words. Done at Joanns.

Staff here is always really nice. They have the best yarn selection. Store has been getting better slowly after everyone got hit by covid. Always check their clearance for the good prices.

This store is dirty, rundown and sad, but I suppose this is what you're reduced to when there's no competition. The store is woefully understaffed, and the available staff--if you can find someone--cannot be bothered to provide customer service. Hobby Lobby, are you listening?? Maybe you can buy the company and get it running properly to service customers!

Great store and selection but lack of employees makes it really frustrating because a quick trip takes a minimum of 20 minutes.

On this beautiful sunny day I was waiting patiently for Jo-Ann's to open but this one lady named Nancy not only was rude and ugly to all the ladies that were outside waiting she was still rooting ugly once the store opened inside why do y'all keep somebody like Nancy employee clearly she doesn't want to be there and she's running off people I'm not going to shop someplace where I have to be treated like that I don't appreciate how she talked down and tried to belittle everybody that was waiting. When I made the comment to her about customer service she made the comment back that the customer is not always right and that her insinuation that we were more of a nuisance than her job security

Long story short I went into Joanns to return a sewing machine that I spent all day trying to set up. I could not figure out why the machine was not working. Lynn not only convinced me to keep the machine but she also put the settings in the correct place so my machine worked properly. She did not have to do any of this for me! She went completely out of her way for me and I hope she is well recognized for her outstanding performance and wonderful attitude.

If you're not a boomer then this isn't the shop for you.Every time I've gone into the store as an inexperienced sewer asking for advice or needing help the manager who is usually in there cutting fabric is always extremely impatient and has an attitude every single time. She always gives off a negative energy and I hate it when she's the one who has to help me. At this point I will no longer be going to the store. No wonder every time I go in there it looks like they did a mass layoffs of the store and brought in all these new people except the same grumpy old lady who works behind the fabric counter who apparently is a manager.I will drive to Milton before I go to the store again.
