Quality work, fast turnaround time. My wife and I are selling our 2007 Acura TL and the perforated leather seats looked really bad.They made the interior look brand new again, and it did not break the bank.They are really good people.

My experience at Johnson's Auto Trim and Glass Shop in Pensacola with Raymond was absolutely fantastic. I was able to be seen the next morning and Raymond diagnosed and repaired my problem with a leak in my sunroof very quickly. I can't say enough on how kind Raymond was and the rest of the staff there. I definitely think you should give them a try if you need help with your car.

Raymond got me in right away to fix a tear in my leather seat. I didn’t know what to expect on the results but you literally can’t even tell where the tear was (and it wasn’t a small tear). I’m super impressed and the price was very reasonable. Very nice guy!

If you own a Jeep, this is not the shop for you. Stopped with a leak on 2020 and was told to see Bobby. Came back to see Bobby, he said we don't work on Jeeps. I reminded him that he had done work on my 2004, he said well that was different. We don't work on Jeeps. He suggested another shop on W Street. Poor attitude, waste of time.

We used Johnson's to fix my headliner. They found that it was being caused by a leak which they also fixed with no extra charge. They also repuholstered the armrest pedestal in between the seats.The quality of the work is so good, the interior of the truck looks brand new again. I don't mean it's good, it's SUPERB. Every single seam is factory perfect.Price was fair, they are very easy to deal with, and the quality of the work far exceeded my expectations.Highly recommended.Service: Auto windshield leak repair

I made an appointment to have the sunroof and headliner cover replaced. All seemed great until I showed up to pick up my car there was wrinkling along the sunroof & bumpiness on half the right side. I immediately said something & the guy quickly responded with “That’s normal & will smooth out” so I took his word paid & left. I waited a month or so and called back because it wasn’t smoothing out. They said come back so I did I was happy they were “fixing it” nope!! Got it back & it looked the same. He says give it more time, I’m aggravated at this point but ok I gave it more time. Keep into consideration I have a 1 year warranty so once again I wait. It’s now been 10 months & they still haven’t fixed it, I’ve been in the shop 3 times now with after issues & they tried to quickly steam it out which left water spots & glue stains. I am beyond upset that almost $500 dollars later has left me with needing to have my headliner & sunroof redone. I gave them many chances to value me as a paying customer but this has been unbelievable. I’ve posted pictures to show what I was left with.

I heard positive comments before taking my recently purchased 2013 f150 in for sunroof leaking and not functioning properly and thought the track was bad.They reset the motor and made adjustments now sunroof works perfectly and not leaking or making cracking noise.Very reasonable price and didn't replace parts just to make a more profitable repair/sale. I appreciate this. I won't hesitate to take any of our 4 vehicles there in the future.

Tom the absolute worst excuse for a “business owner” I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would recommend going with almost anyone else, especially based off the reviews I’m now having the chance to read up on. He made the decision very easy for me, before he even had the chance to provide his lackluster service. I will not return to this business and I would suggest you do the same.My 8 am appointment was triple booked on top of it. Scheduling errors and bad attitudes turn me all the way off from a business.

Tom at Johnson Trim Shop did a terrible job on my BMW. February 2023. I had a new convertible top put on. When I got it back, the top would not go up or down because they stripped the motor gears to operate the top. Tom denied he even did that he didn’t try to fix it with no avail and said that’s all he could do it would not reimburse me then I noticed a hole in the top and he denied that and it was less than 30 days under warranty and said there was nothing he was going to do I am taking them to small claims court. Tom who is one of the owners is a liar and a cheat and stole my $2000 gave me back my car with a hole in the top and a top that does not go up and down.Service: Installation

These people replaced the Headliner in my GMC Truck less then a year and a half ago, and it came loose worst then the one I had replaced, I took it to another installer, and when he removed the Headliner he said they never removed the Old Loose Foam backing & Glue from the Original GM installed Headliner, and just sprayed the Glue on top of it, he said this will hold for a while but will soon come loose again.

When I first got there he said he wasn't going to be able to get to me that day and I was like ahhh come on man help me out it's cold been raining all week he said let me see what u got looked at it just a side door window and said I got you left vehicle and it was done very quickly and the price was reasonable I really appreciate them ????

Tom does good work when he wants to, but you have to put ALOT of work in to remind him of your job. I dropped my seats off to him in August and would stop by every other week to see if he had started yet. He looked surprised every time I would stop in like he forgot about them. Today (over 2 months later) I stopped in and listened to him tell a new customer that he could have their interior repaired in 2 weeks. After they left, I asked about my seats and he had not even started yet. He did not know what to tell me. He just walked away. When I asked for my seats back because I was going somewhere else, he pulled them out from underneath a stack of foam. Out of site, out of mind. Poor planning and organization going on at this business.
