the team did popcorn removal, painting and flooring in the whole house. joseph is very professional , reachable and accepts feedback if things are not perfect. all small issues we had were addressed and solved to our satisfaction. reliable business, good coms, we will engage with them for other projects again and definitely recommend them.Services: Install flooring

I rent a house in the area and there were repairs needed from a recent storm. Jonathan's crews arrived on time, were very polite, professional, and cleaned up each day before leaving. Additionally, I had a scheduling conflict I was trying to work out without disreputable their schedule. The PM, Joseph Cook, took my number and was in touch with me each day as promised to try to help as well as visit midway through to check on progress. All around, really good experience.

Their installer, Bill, never came back to fix the prominent carpet line. Lisa promised to send another carpet installer out to fix the problem but that too never happened. We worked with them for at least 4 weeks to resolve the problem. They never cam through.

I bought a house the was poorly flipped and had Jonathan’s construction install plank flooring, can lights, hang 2 exterior doors, and paint the laundry room. The hallway was very uneven, so we had a lot of broken planks and cracking throughout it. Different crews came out and the job was done very quickly. Joseph was out here every day to make sure the crews were doing what they needed to do in order to get the job done, and he was very responsive to anything we needed. We just had our third child and Joseph made sure the crews were respectful and quiet if the kids were sleeping. The new front door and the floors are beautiful. One of the new pre-hung doors had a couple of small dents and the hallway still has some minor level issues, but it is much less noticeable than it was. We would definitely use Jonathan’s construction again.Services: Install flooring

I worked and communicated directly with Jonathan, who was very pleasant, responsive, detailed and just overall great to work with. I've been meaning to use his company for other jobs but never got around to calling him until recently. Jonathan and his team helped repair/complete some siding and fascia that needed to be repaired from the storm.
