Mike Warinner is a crook and still owes me $1500 before interest so he probably owes me more like $5,000 now. When I bought my house from him in 2021, while he worked at another agency, I took $1500 off my credit card and told him where it came from but had already given the money to the office for earnest money. He told me that I was unable to do that because the earnest money couldn't come from a source like a credit card because it's borrowed money. I was a first-time home buyer so I didn’t know you couldn’t do that, but I was like okay no problem there and borrowed $1500 from my mother. I knew I could pay her back with the security deposit I was getting because I was buying the house from my landlord. I told him I would need the original $1500 so that it could be applied back to my credit card, and he assured me that I would receive it and not to worry. What's funny is when I closed on my house and asked where the money was, he said oh we applied it to your loan but I never saw it in the paperwork so it sounds and appears like Mr. Mike Warinner lined his pockets with it which is illegal and I think they call that fraud. He knew that he wasn't going to get sued for stealing $1500 because it would cost way more just to fight it in court and I mean who’s gonna know, right! This guy should be in jail for what he did to me, and I'll never do any kind of business with him again. He's nice to your face while he stabs you in the back behind the scenes where you can't see it and when you call him out on his nonsense, He will tell you oh that's normal, don’t worry about it, that’s just how this process is. I’m an Army Veteran and when I used his services to buy my house, my mother was dying and I didn’t have the energy to deal with this situation at the time, which is why I waited until now to speak up and I’m willing to bet he thought I forgot about the whole situation.

Key Impressions is a great company to hire when listing or selling your home. The agents take care in everything they do to help you in all your real estate needs.
