Two older Caucasian ladies working 8/16 around 4:30 were not welcoming or helpful. Store was not busy either.Definitely would not return to this location. Destin location is way better!

I came in Wednesday August 6th right before close and the sales person was super helpful and patient. The price was incredible, two large mirrors for under $60

Love this store!!! Staff was very helpful and almost closing time the employee helped me get a picture that needed a 12 ft ladder to get to. Excellent!!!

I have had nothing but problems dealing with Kirklands online. They run a scam. I ordered a chair on 5/21, they printed out a label, then never shipped my chair! In fact, in order to take my money they printed out some phony label that is not even on a box! I have called countless times and no one can help me or give me my money back! Best part is now the chair is out of stock so there is no way to get it even if they tried to reorder it! Other than getting the BBB involved and calling my bank I have no idea how else to get my money back!! I deserve my money back with interest considering they have already taken my money and invested it elsewhere! These are crooks!

Placed an in-store pick up at 5:30am, on the 19th. Didn’t hear a word from anyone that it was ready. Got an email today saying it was canceled due to selling out.

I was a guy who didnt care about home decor, especially the candles. That was all until my fiance at that time went to look at home decor. She had me smell one candle (maple pancake) and I've been hooked ever since. I would love to give Kirkland's 5 stars. I've been to Kirkland's multiple times over the past 2 years searching for that candle. I was told by one of their store reps that they arent asked what sales. The store workers are GREAT! I am getting sick of Sunday brunch. LOL.Respectfully from a man who now loves candles.
