Most if the time when I shop at Kohl's in your Pensacola location, I have engaged with Michelle. She is always smiling and always helpful with my purchase at the Cashwrap. In this day and time employees like her are hard to come by. She is definitely a 'keeper" and Kohls is lucky to have her.
