L.A. Nails is a nail salon with a mixed reputation. Some customers, who have been going there for years, praise Amy and Holly for their skill and professionalism, giving the salon a high recommendation. Others have had a more negative experience. One customer found the service excellent and was happy with their nails and pedicure. However, another customer reported a frustrating encounter when they arrived for an appointment only to find the salon closed early. The customer felt disrespected by the staff's refusal to offer an alternative appointment.
Me and the mother in law have been getting our nails done here for a little over 2 years and have always had a great experience! Amy & Holly are amazing ladies and can do just about anything you want! 10/10 definitely recommend!
