First, the lack of locations is inconvenient, second this location on 12th in Pensacola is disgusting. Clearly they don’t clean. There was dust buildup all over the room where my labs were drawn. The waiting area was small and literally no chairs were available. It was unbearably stinky in there…possible due to a customer but spray something to help those of us waiting. I’m thankful I created an appointment and was called fairly quickly. Receptionist at check in was nice and the lab tech was nice. But the filth and stench and the fact that I had to drive over half an hour to find a location made it unpleasant.

Pros: The staff is very sweet. Natalie, the nurse that took my blood did a great job. Didn't even feel the poke. She was efficient and gave clear instructions for my UDS. The receptionist was nice too. Apologized for the wait and greeted me as I was walking out, which was really kind.
Cons: It's a bit of a wait for walk-ins, so I would definitely suggest getting an appointment. The waiting room is small and filled up quickly, leaving standing room only for 2-3 people regularly.

Check in via kiosk and sit and sit and sit then all the sudden 2 people show up at the front desk and start calling people to the front desk... What's the point of a kiosk if ...I ask the front desk lady and Natalie Y cops an attitude with me and tells me she is inputting the orders ...... we are not all idiots...well maybe she is because then then she asks me if I am paying with my insurance when in fact the order includes a labcorp account number and says to bill to this account, same lady calls me back tells me to go pee in a paper cup and then she leaves the room and disappears to help another patient..when she comes back she tells me I'm good to go, doesn't even want me to until the pee container or sign anything...wanna know why there is only one location in Pensacola and less than 3 stars ....now you should know why...if you have the opportunity, ask your Dr to request to use Quest Diagnostics.

Made my appointment last minute and it was a super fast service! A PSA for anyone who needs blood work, I recommend requesting Tracie Baker if she’s working that day. I didn’t feel the needle whatsoever and she was extremely kind. I’m very impressed with her service!

If zero stars were possible, they’d have it!!
Never have I ever waited 1 and still waiting for a simple urine test. Never have I ever just about pissed my pants waiting on a urine test. Most ridiculous clinic I’ve ever been to! Like if I have to use your bathroom to pee, might as well let me take the cup in there and get out!! I hope an employer never sends me here again. Rude staff, terrible wait times, and overall just a creepy shabby place to be.

Courteous staff but poor staff to guest ratio present. Came for a 10:30AM APPT; was admitted at 11:05AM. Waiting room counted 20+ people present with 3-4 attendants trying to serve and assist. Corporate should review and amend STAT to prevent this level of backup.

-10/10 If I could, I made an appt a week ago for 815am. I arrived at 8am for FASTING LABS. Waited until 9am until I finally asked what’s going on, the lady said it didn’t get my appointment time and then she re-checked me in then had to wait longer.
Literally 3 people working in the whole building. This place is an abomination, the whole waiting room was full of people. It’s obvious where this business priorities are.

Lab corp is such a joke. I went to this location with a doctor order for stat testing. After jumping through hoops and 3 vials of blood later I never got my results. No one can tell me anything. Apparently stat test go to the hospital. But then gets lost again. Don’t use lab corp. this is not the first time they messed up my results. If your life or health depends on them you might as well possibly die. Especially when your results dictate the medicine dosage.

Made an appointment for my drug screening for 930, older front desk lady was rude and said they couldn’t find it so I was put at the back of the line. She told me it’d be around 30 mins. Took an hour and a half! Please don’t give patients false wait times, it just makes the entire wait more frustrating. They need to staff more people it is clear they are understaffed.. especially with this being an establishment that many businesses require you to use.

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. I always have to redo bloodwork for doctors because they loose it. I waited with around 8 others before they finally stopped chatting in the back room. I called when they first opened but they never picked up or returned the calls, and I arrived around 2:30. They lost my doctors orders, and don’t make appointments inside. When another person had a physical copy of orders they pointed towards the kiosks and we informed them the did not work because the staff never logged in on the iPads. Nobody bothered to go look at it. There were two workers behind the desk moving like slugs and one did literally nothing besides mumble and stare. Don’t recommend ever going here. I frequently have this issue with them. If you do, you might aswell call out sick as you will probably be there all day.

This is my second time here for job purposes and both times there was a long wait. The first time I came in as a walk-in so that’s understandable.. but I made an appointment the second time to make sure I won’t be sitting here for an hour before being seen. There’s never anyone at the front desk. There is NO phone number that will direct you to this office. Nothing. Not only is the area too small and crowded for the amount of patients they WANT to see. AND on top of that they’re UNDERSTAFFED. With only two people working back there and a LOBBY full of people. With Labcorp being a big business you would honestly expect better….. bare minimum is having someone up front to UPDATE people about the wait…

They're very efficient usually I get right in and right out but course sometimes things happen. Staff and everybody is very nice I'm very patient. I've been to other places that I felt like it was a little complicated but not this place. I never even felt the needle. I've been to every lab I think in Pensacola and this is the only one I really really really really really really like.
