“Very nice! Place is clean and well watched! There was a person there every time we checked on our clothes. We felt our belongings were safe while we walked next door for lunch at Aunt Katie's. Machines were clean and worked well. Lady was friendly and had several regulars come in while we were there. Will return.”

“This place had some of the best reviews of the laundromats in the area.
And it lived up to them.
For an older aging laundromat,
I found it clean and maintained and the attendant was pleasant.
Also at 4:00 on a Friday there was basically nobody here as well as nobody questionable or smoking cigarettes in the vicinity of my fresh laundry.
State of the art laundromats,
With the newfangled credit card readers are convenient but they're usually $2 more so this place was priced reasonably for what it is.
The machines are coin-operated but there is an ATM inside and if they can't make change for you there's places nearby for change..”

“So you have to use a card system now. Everyone is going digital this day and age. You can preload the card. Seems like $3.50 is a wash and the same amount for a dry. I split my laundry basket into two loads. No blankets or towels just close. And even on high with the max amount of money I came back and my clothes were still damp. “As a college student 9 hours away from home, it is often difficult to find businesses that actually are concerned with your success as a student or your overall well-being. Many just want the few dollars you have in your pocket and thank you for your business, but not genuinely. I have utilized the services here at 9 Mile Cleaners for several months now and have always been very satisfied. I went in today to have a button on my suit repaired for an upcoming interview. The customer service experience I had was like none other. Bernadette asked me to hold on a minute while she helped the customer in line behind me. Not a couple minutes later, but a couple seconds later, she and another employee, Rosada, brought out a thread and needle and actually showed me how to sew the button back on myself. It took 2 minutes of their time and I felt special that they took time out of their busy schedule to teach me such a valuable skill to possess when I marry someone's son one day or for my own repertoire. That is what I call excellent customer service and that is why I continue to come back. Crystal, another employee there, is also a reason I come back because she is very attentive to my needs unlike other dry cleaners I've been to in Pensacola in the past. I'm a student wanting to be a successful graduate and 9 Mile Cleaners, I believe, wants me to be too!”
“CONCERNED LOYAL CUSTOMER - I have always been very happy with both the customer service and quality of work. My concern is that you are now closed on Saturday. This is a real problem for those of us who have to work full time M - F. I am a weekly customer with multiple items. When will you start opening again on Saturday? I would hate to have to switch to another company.”

“Cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. They’re constantly walking around cleaning, I’ve noticed they clean each machine after it’s done being used also. The atmosphere is nice, the prices are very reasonable and I really like the convenience of having the app you can use to scan and pay. Will definitely be sticking to this place anytime I need to use a laundromat.”
