Today is the 40th day since I bought the glasses, the first time I went to pick them up they told me that there was a problem in the delivery, and although my daughter was excited to receive her new glasses I decided to wait for a new date, a week later together with my entire family we went to pick up the expected glasses, but once again I disappointed my daughter, it was not the employees' fault, they are just the visible face of Lenscrafter, I respectfully asked what was happening but I only received apologies and a new date to pick up the glasses , so we left the store, they repeatedly told me that without fail the glasses would arrive in another week, but guess what, the glasses did not arrive, I want to think that they do not play with people's time or their feelings, although this It is very unserious to promise something that will not be fulfilled, at the end of the receipt the words "30 days happiness Guaraníes 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That's our promise" I experienced 30 days but not of happiness, so I let you know, how it turns out at the end of the receipt, so that they do the right thing and do not play with people's time or children's dreams.

Checked in at my scheduled time 11 am, a guy walks in says his appt is at 11:20 am. He is now seeing Dr. Nolton 11:10 am while I sit and wait. The receptionist was away from her desk when I arrived so she checked me in 5 mins AFTER my appt time. It is now 20 after 11...and here I wait...questioning my choice of optometrist. Been going here for years. Soooo... be weary of coming here.

After visiting several optical shops in Pensacola and receiving less than friendly customer service, Lens Crafters was a welcome surprise. Despite the store being extremely busy, I didn’t have to wait long. I was assisted by Andre and simply can’t sing enough praises about his stellar customer service! He was personable, professional, and honest about what frame did or didn’t suit my face. Additionally, the prices were fair even for the higher end name brands (with my insurance) . You’ve earned a new customer. I’ll be returning with my husband this week so he can hopefully be serviced by Andre too! Keep up the phenomenal work Lens Crafters.

The doctor and staff were great for the exam. In the store, Andre was super helpful. He picked up on what I was going for really quick. He offered me some great options I may not have looked at otherwise and did not pressure me. He offered me honest feedback for the frames on my face, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with the service and my purchases, and will be back.

Went into the Lenscrafter and the store manager. She and another lady who repaired my two pairs of glasses. They were awesome and amazing. I have my good pair and now a back up pair. Thank you lady’s for your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. This is exactly why I have been a Lenscrafter customer for over 25 years. Your customer service was awesome.

Was there to get new sunglasses & contacts. Andre went above & beyond. He did an exemplary job answering all my questions, making helpful suggestions while I picked out new prescription sunnies, and helping me navigate the complexities of my insurance coverage to get me the best deal possible. i had a great experience here Nov. 2022 when i ordered my Raybans online and had them shipped to the store. The gentleman working at the time was awesome and provided premier customer service. I went in a about a week ago to find 2 employees, one being an older woman who is in question. I sat inside the store for about half an hour and i didn't even get a "hello i will assist you in a minute". The other employee was assisting another customer but i sat in front of this lady for 30 minutes. i was completely ignored. I was interested in getting another pair of frames and get my current frames adjusted. I want to come back with my business, i just hope the customer service bumps up a tad bit.

I love coming to LensCrafters. The staff is always super helpful and they always have some really nice frames. Every time I need my glasses adjusted, they always do a better job than most places when it comes to adjusting my glasses.
