Wow!! This store blew me away. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly manager who told me her name was Rayna and she helped me with my purchase of hats I was gifting and from beginning to end she was so helpful! She really made my day. My family and friends loved the hats I picked out for them of all their favorite sports teams and I will be returning soon!

Idk what happened but this place did a total 180⁰ since I shopped here about a year ago. The lady I spoke to hooked me UPP with a great Dodgers hat. It used to take forever to get the hats customized but this was the speediest it ever was. The manager was very attentive aswell. Thanks guys!!

This Lids must be out of business or something and no one updated Google. They're supposed to open at 10. I'm standing outside and it's closed and no one answers the phone. I drove 40 minutes to get here.

I asked him if he sold Kuffi hats, and he looked at me in a mean face and said no. He could have ordered me one or told me where I might get one, but all he wanted was a quick sell, and had no time to assist me with my concerns.

Untrained staff cannot even do a simple return, got a hat for gift and i had the receipt but the $10 difference in my favor or return to CC totally mindf#@$+d the young lady and she couldn't figure it out!
