Signed up online and the process was efficient. Only caution is the online advertised price does not display the insurance price which could change your monthly rate. You find that out later during the application process.

The gentleman on the phone (I am so bad with names, I apologize) had the warmest, kindest voice ever, and had a personality that matched exactly. He took his time to give me several options, and recommended the one that met my needs. Thank you so much, sir. A short while later I made a trip to the unit and found it dirty. I called the office to borrow a broom, and the gentleman on duty showed up and cleaned the unit for me. All the while he carried on a pleasant conversation with me. I was dealt with a double dose of goodness that day, and I am so blessed. I look forward to doing business with Extra Space Storage. Thank you all!!!

Storage units have rodents and company was very unhelpful/disrespectul when situation was reported. There is no reason to store materials/items here as they will have to be discarded due to damage from the ill-mantained property.
