Very helpful and friendly. Showed me everything I needed and was able to answer any questions I had. The place has carts to load your stuff onto and provides anything else you need. Very useful place, especially to store college dorm supplies in over the summer.
(Edit) I just recently moved out of my storage unit for the start of the school year, and the move-out process was very easy. They immediately put in my move-out notice when I called ahead and I was able to complete the move-out process over the phone (since it was after hours). I had no issues and would use this place again if needed. Thank you for everything!

I had a bad experience, all my stuff were eaten by rats, they had stain, holes and rats poop. As an international students going to college that was basically my whole life in that storage that went to waste. I don’t even got the funds to replace my stuff back. They didn’t reimburse because I didn’t have “insurance” on it. I don’t recommend.
