Talk to your employees and store management about turning away customers 10 minutes before closing and refusing to let them in the store, including elderly people shopping for items to restore their heat and water for their grand-babies at home. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. I witnessed a Lowe’s employee physically pushing a senior citizen out of the door that was trying to enter. I also have this on video. I will make sure to take my business elsewhere in the future. Address this issue. It’s already been reported through your 1-800 number.

Why do I have to scan my Driver's license to buy home improvement supplies? And if I am expected to why does it never work? On my last trip I waited 4 minutes for the cashier 10 feet away to come and scan her card. She said not one word even when I tried to ask a question. And this was after waiting 35 minutes to get a product unlocked.
This is really sad to see I worked here 12 years ago and it's obvious the management team here needs to be retrained or replaced.
Update:I had to go back to this store unfortunately and I had the same experience at the register as last time but with a different employee.

I miss the recent past when you could go to Lowe's and they had an expert in each of the departments. Now you are lucky if you can find somebody who knows how to do a return with a receipt. I needed one replacement circuit breaker which is behind These locked corkscrew devices. I looked on every aisle in electrical and could not find a single employee. I then went up to the front desk and asked the manager for assistance. She said she would send somebody to help me out. Nobody showed I went back to the store manager and she's apologized and said she would send somebody after 25 minutes of total waiting I left and went to a local hardware store holes hardware in Milton florida. And they provided me with exactly what I needed. I've been buying Lowe's stock for years but if this is an indication of the quality of service I anticipate the stock will be devalued sooner rather than later.
Update 1/14/2025 NO live cashier's. One person working the self checkout. 8 self checkout registers. Only ONE of the EIGHT serf checkout scanners was working with a line of 5 people waiting. Give me a break! Why do I still own this stock???
