My review is more about online and app ordering. I placed an app order at the airport Blvd (Pensacola Fl) store, for some reason Lowes changed my pickup location to the Ensley (nine mile rd) store without telling me. They sent an email saying they changed the order from one color item to another but didn't mention or notify me of the store change. So I went to the store I ordered from, checked in for curbside (I had surgery on Friday and I'm supposed to limit walking for 2 weeks and driving for 6 because of the colon surgery) so I'm sitting on my hurting and bleeding butt waiting and I get a receipt saying it'd been brought out. I wait 10 minutes still nothing, so I hobble inside and 2 employees are just chatting and I ask why my order says delivered yet it hasn't been, one of the ladies says curtly its not my problem and calls someone else, this young lady actually helps she's asks the other lady why she didn't look up the order and I told her that she said it wasn't her problem (she should be unemployed if I were her boss and she talked to a costumer she'd be fired) the young lady pulls up the order and goes here's the problem it's at the Ensley store I'm like why and showed her my app is set to this store. She tells me that if the store is low or out of stock it'll send the order to another store if the store is in a certain range, I'm like ok that's fine but why don't they inform the costumer when they do this so we (I) waste my gas and time going to and waiting at the wrong store and being told by an employee "it's not my problem"? I feel like Lowes owes me a $10 gift card just for the hassle. I canceled the order and will be going to Home Depot maybe their reps will treat costumers like we are respected.

Lowe’s has the worst customer service in the Appliance department and in the Home Decor department. Don’t buy the protection plans! Sales associates lie about the coverage to sell the protection for the consumer to learn later it’s worthless. After getting transferred multiple times to appliances before an associate finally answered, he was rude and did not want to be bothered with answering my warranty and appliance questions in which he is getting paid to do. Don’t bother asking for a manager on the phone or in store, they are not available. I’ve been a loyal customer to Lowe’s on 9 Mile in Pensacola since its opening but I will not spend another penny at Lowe’s. It is a shame that store has gone to this!

I went over specifically to bring in some kitchen fluorescent tube lights when I found out that Lowe's recycles them, which is awesome! (Home Depot doesn't..🙄boo!). The young lady at Customer Service also graciously offered to take the long, narrow mattress box with Styrofoam that I had brought the tubes in. Bravo Lowe's! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼✨✨✨✨✨

The problem that keeps on giving. Signed me up for credit with out permission, ran credit without authorization, sold me a mower with missing parts, mower breaks 2 weeks later and Lowe's washes theirs hands. Very disappointed. I remember Wells Fargo did that a few years ago. Opening accounts with out authority. This is the 9 mile location, Pensacola, Fl.

Whoever picks the music for this store should be immediately fired. Never have I ever been so annoyed by terrible music, horrendous covers, etc. Absolutely HORRENDOUS to listen to. Silence would be better. Additionally the labels on the display tiles should match the label on the shelf.

Our business uses Lowes all the time for purchasing appliances, plumbing, supplies and tools. I love the 9 mile road location as they always have friendly and helpful staff whiling stocking most items. We will continue to use Lowes for our buisness.
