My buddy has his boat moored there. Great view for drinks on the boat.

Comfortable, rooms are small, area is mostly quiet, a little activity around happy hour but the nights are quiet.

Stayed here after getting an airb&b while on vacation. The building is dirty!!! There were roaches and bugs all over the hallways. The people next door to us were smokers and made the entire hallway stink. Lots of cats outside. Do not recommend.
