Went through drive through... went to the third window for the food and no one served us, so we went in to get our food and they refused to give us our order while we had our recite. Then refused to give us our money back even with a reciet.

No milkshakes or ice cream at 1:18 PM on a Sunday afternoon. This is no excuse for service. Take them off the menu if you cannot maintain the machines.

I was waiting in drive thru (it was extremely busy) & overhead the car beside me rudely refuse to wait when the employee asked her to give her just a minute. It was obvious they were slammed & really trying to take care of the customers. The “Karen” customer at the drive had the employee almost in tears, Btw, The employee was a 17-year-old in training (How many 17-year-olds even want to work these days?). Anyway, the Karen lady at the drive-thru yelled something nasty & drove off. I was very impressed with how the manager diffused the situation & maintained professionalism with staff and customers. It’s obvious everywhere we go today people are shortstaffed, a little patience & kindness will go along. This situation occurred at approximately 6:00 PM today, I hope McDonald’s higher ups appreciates the staff and management on this shift.

We love this restaurant food is great, only issue is employees using foul language and making nasty comments about customers in kids presence. Other than that, it's a fun and affordable place to eat.

Used the kiosk to order and pay, it was not very user friendly and caused us to become confused trying to make changes. I came to the conclusion I had to delete what I wanted to change rather than just changing it. The handicap stall didn't have water in the sink. Other than that there was trash on the floor in the bathroom and in the lobby. The staff was slow and disinterested. Sad to say this is the average restaurant experience especially since the onset of COVID 19. Customer service, customer satisfaction and customer retention is at an all time low with employees having no concern as to if the customers is happy with their order or will return. They frequently say they are, but the level of service and their attitudes, the pride they take in their job and the measure to which the location is kept says quite different. This experience was just a reaffirmation of the same.Parking: They were very slow, including my daughter and myself there were 4 people inside, so the entire parking lot was empty. When we pulled in there were 2 cars in the drive through.

Went through the drive through ordered everyone’s food when it came time to order mine I was told they “couldn’t make my food the way I wanted it” so I asked to speak with a manager she told me the girl was right but I had had it made like I asked for the day before the woman that was taking my order was just the most rudest person I have ever encountered honestly if I could give this store 0 stars I would DONT EAT AT THIS TRASH HOLE I WILL NEVER BE BACK

15 minute drive-through service and still got the order wrong. Receipt wasn't given back after everything was fixed and still had to go in because of one missing item.

The staff will see you walk in and scurry behind the wall at the front counter and act like they don't see you. I had to walk to the edge of the counter where the orders are placed for pick up and ask for someone to come to the front to take my order.I received my order and it was made wrong. The receipt was right but whoever is on the grill obviously can't read.This McDonalds is probably the end worst in Pensacola.
