“Dr. Serda Hawthorne is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. No others come close. She never rushes me and effectively course-corrects when I inevitably veer off subject. I have had white coat syndrome most of my life until I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Hawthorne. George-Ann, the primary nurse I interact with is also wonderful. Her calm and professional demeanor puts me at ease. Front end staff are polite and helpful, even while multi-tasking.”

Not only did she make me feel comfortable every time I came to this location but she was very respectful, polite, and made me feel comfortable each time . I want to say I loved how she was assisting me but also quickly noticed an elderly patient getting ready to exit who most likely was going to need help with the door due to the patient being on a walker . I want to say thank you for going above and beyond! This is what healthcare is all about !”
“I've had bloodwork done with and without appointments here. Check-in is a simple touch screen. There is a wait time listed on their website if you haven't made appointment. Staff is great, place is clean. Recommend very much.”

“Scheduling took few weeks but someone called and explained why . The place is clean and perfect for a good night sleep . Rachel was excellent . She waited for me at the door , took me to the room and explained the test , ask us many times if we were comfortable and if we needed anything . The room had a fan and a little tv which the fan help me to feel comfortable with the temperature. We finished the test around 5 am. She offered coffee , water and snack and we went home . Thank you so much for making my test pleasant.”

“Pros: The staff is very sweet. Natalie, the nurse that took my blood did a great job. Didn't even feel the poke. She was efficient and gave clear instructions for my UDS. The receptionist was nice too. Apologized for the wait and greeted me as I was walking out, which was really kind.
Cons: It's a bit of a wait for walk-ins, so I would definitely suggest getting an appointment. The waiting room is small and filled up quickly, leaving standing room only for 2-3 people regularly.”

“I have to agree with all the amazing 5 star reviews. Alyssa was great! She was kind and quick which is great for someone like me who doesn't like getting their blood drawn. The place is clean and well set up. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a lab that is quick and efficient.”
