“Not thrilled at your policy to take 2-2.5 TIMES the amount of blood actually needed to complete my labs. I knew IMMEDIATELY (I am a nurse), that the technician drew WAY too much. I would PREFER to get CALLED back if additional blood is needed.”
“Where else to you go that the techs appear every 10 minutes to say good morning and thank you for your patience as they call their next patient? Everything was superb. I was wary because I thought I had to go to Quest until I learned that at the main hospital, the Baptist lab pulls for quest and sends to their lab. Nothing I expected - No issues with insurance, no test issues, and just about pain free. I waited all told from arrival to departure 45 minutes and for a lab without appointments, I thought that was great. Extra kudos to Deanna, my phlebotomist, who was wonderful! I’d recommend this lab over any other.”

“This review is after my second visit to the sleep center and once again, I had a great experience. From scheduling to the phone follow-up, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Richelle and Joel were both professional, friendly, and really made the process easy and comfortable.
I appreciated how respectful they were of my time and how knowledgeable they were. They answered all my questions and Rochelle was very attentive to her patients. The facility itself was easy to find, clean, and felt safe, which definitely helps put you at ease going into a sleep study.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to streamline the flow of the intake questionnaires. Some parts ask you to circle yes or no, while others ask you to write it out. Not a big deal, but a more consistent format would make it easier and faster for patients to fill them out.
Overall though, I can confidently say this is a very well-run facility with a great team. Highly recommend if you need a sleep study done.”

The Phlebotomy Technician verified my information then I was escorted to the draw station to have my labs done then I was out within 15 minutes.”

“I have to agree with all the amazing 5 star reviews. Alyssa was great! She was kind and quick which is great for someone like me who doesn't like getting their blood drawn. The place is clean and well set up. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a lab that is quick and efficient.”
