“My wife and I travelled to Pensacola on vacation to see family. On a Saturday night, our five-month-old son got sick and started wheezing and coughing. We took him to an urgent care facility on Sunday morning, and he was diagnosed with a respiratory virus that caused wheezing and difficulty breathing. He was treated and discharged from the urgent care and prescribed a nebulizer with medication to help when breathing got difficult. The problem we faced was that none of the retail chain pharmacies in the area carried nebulizers on-hand, and any specialty pharmacies or medical suppliers were closed on Sundays. Running out of options, we called LinCare’s after hours line to see if they could help. The operator was extremely empathetic to our situation. Despite our unusual circumstances, she managed to get a hold of a delivery driver that could help us. The driver traveled over 90 minutes to get to us and even walked the nebulizer up to our hotel room. He calmly explained how to use the machine and helped us assemble it. When we thanked him for going so far out of his way to help us, he noted that he was happy to help out for a baby.

Anyway, we are extremely grateful for all the folks at LinCare that were able to help us out in our unusual circumstance on a Sunday. We feared that we were going to need to make another visit to the hospital, but they put our fears at ease. We are especially thankful for the phone operator and the delivery driver. They are true examples of God’s hands at work in this world.”

“These guys are great, a privately owned company, they installed an electric passenger seat in our mini van for my disabled sister and it has been a life saver, she could not lift herself up into the seat any more and this new one comes out of the van and lowers down so she can get out of the wheel chair and right into the seat then it lifts her up into the van.It is great, the services was very friendly and priced right. the uninstalled the old seat and installed the new one in a single day. my sister cant go anywhere without this we are very thankful.”
