This location and sales staff is convenient and efficient. That said, it is best to know what you are looking for and what you are looking AT instead of depending on sales reps when you are actually in the store.

Be very careful of this location. Morgan and Jayden decided they would illegally take advantage of people who qualified for the fcp. They attempted to charge someone with nothing to their name 65 activation and plan charges who was approved for the federal connectivity program. They absolutely refused to honor the special plan specifically for people on the program to get phone service and told us the 35 dollar plan didn't even exist... I guess their commissions are more important than their jobs. Not only did I call in advance to verify they could activate, I drove my friend halfway across town for these two to dead lie to my friends face and break federal program guidelines. It is despicable and unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere and these people should lose their jobs. We were informed we had to go to a physical location after approval and made sure we didn't waste gas and time. They are scoundrels and scammers. This review will also go to corporate. After ten years with this service, in switching. I have never been this pissed. We ended up just calling the corporate line and they did it no problems. This location will take advantage and lie to you. They called it a "30 dollar discount".... straight trash people.

I had one of the best experiences ever, J you were the bomb! A young man with quality customer service and salesmanship with a beautiful personality to match. Very knowledgeable of all products....this young man deserves to run his own store. ❤️??

T-Mobile Metro::: Pace Blvd Every time I come into the store on Pace Blvd., Fran is always working. She is so disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude and hateful. She acts like she hates her self and her job so management, hope you can find somebody else to take her role or position. She is not helpful, lazy and always seems annoyed. I won't be coming back to the store and I really feel like she runs and chases your customers away so good luck with that!!

DYLAN DESERVES INFINITE STARS FOR HIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ran out of data and went into the store to figure out if we could pay to change our plan or add data.... DYLAN WAS ABLE TO HELP US OUT AND CHANGE OUR PLAN AND WE DIDNT HAVE TO SPEND A PENNY!! Dylan was super nice, very informative, and made our day! SUPER GREAT EMPLOYEE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT STORE EXPERIENCE, AND ALL OF THAT MADE FOR A GREAT DAY!!! THANK YOU DYLAN! YOU ROCK!! ????

I walked into the store today cause I needed to change my plan and due date.Online and on the phone it was going to cost me $76 around and about and it was just difficult.Dylan from in the storei into having an that trouble online phone. He was literally a life saver. I couldn't use the GPS OR anything else cause no data. He fixed the problem and did it free. Unlike online and on phone was charging me $76 and I was too myself.I wanted to say thsnk you Dylan I appreciate you. If they you, my mini vacation would have not been so much fun.Snyone who needs a phone or help with your phone from metro, go to MetroPCS pace Blvd you won't be leaving unhappy. I have never been treated so rudely by an associate. Refused to give me his name , insulted my intelligence, made it clear I was wasting his time. Could not answer my questions and made me feel uncomfortable, tried to rush me then entire time. Did not want to explain any promotions to me, Terrible service. I'm calling corporate, customer service, and whoever is in charge of this location.
