So I never had an issue with metro stores except this one. Literally the two employees that were working there at the time were playing around in front of me while I was on break trying to get back to work just needed a simple phone bill made. I told them time and time that it was 50 not 20 dollars and look at that I was right and also my phone is suspended!!!! How am i gonna reach out to people to call them if I really need them due to emergency?!?? Oh that’s right I can’t literally can’t call anyone! The manager didn’t really help out the employees and look at that my phones all messed up now. He heard me saying that the phone bill wasn’t right and didn’t even come over to check it out to make sure it’s correct! Man this sucks been with metro for years and I even know what I’m talking about. Need smarter and professional employees cause this isn’t it

The most scandalous phone company I have ever encountered. The worst experience I've ever experienced when dealing with an arrogant employee. Wanted to get more devices but will spend my money elsewhere. Lillian highway metro AVOID IT !

I thought Boost customer service was horrible, but metro is no better. The customer service line is not honest, and they will hang up on you when they claim they are putting you on hold. Deceitful practices. And the people in the stores do not have any idea of what they are doing as well. I really wish companies would take the time to train employees instead of having them just read a script on the computer screen. The days of good customer service is long gone.

DO NOT COME TO THIS METRO . The Customer Service Was Horrible ! They Do Not Acknowledge The Customers I Came In Atleast A Month Ago To Purchase A New Phone The 2 Girls Were Vaping & On Their Phone And Did Not Offer To Help At All ! I Will Be Calling Corporate !

Literally the worst experience ever!!!!!! This was the worst experience of my life. The service rep was horrible. All she wanted to do was go home. She was not concerned about the customer. She was rude and very incompetent. She set us up for smart pay and we decided that we didn't want to follow through because of how horrible we were being treated. She told us that she canceled it and smart pay said we would get a full refund. That was Thursday today is Tuesday no refund. I call smart pay and they say the person never canceled our order. So we now have an open order on something we didn't even purchase. Whatever you do avoid this place like the plague.

Service was to expensive when I used them. And wish they would let you purchase a data onl plan. But except the Milton location, their customer service in store and on the phone is lacking

Worst experience ever !! The sales guy Corey didn’t even get my phone activated after spending 2 1/2 hours in the store he left me on the phone with customer service for me to contact them myself to get my phone working he overcharged me and added on the stuff I didn’t ask for nor did he tell me that it was an extra fee for I left out spending $130 when I should’ve only spent 70 he added all kinds of extras to my phone and I have a iPhone . The only receipt that I got was my credit card receipt I didn’t get nothing showing what I was charged for or anything like that I had to ask for the box that came with my phone and I was up all of it not that he entered in the wrong ZIP Code so it took three days for metro to finally get my phone ported over. I would not recommend this metro location to anybody poor customer service ! I

I absolutely loathe this location. If it wasn't so close I would never visit it. Every time I go in there they are completely out of product. Whether it be the phone I want, the charging cable, or the phone case they never seem to have the necessary inventory. I went in today to upgrade my phone seeing as I've had the same one for almost 5 years and the guy sold me on a great phone. He said he'd throw in a new case and a screen protector. But of course as usual they didn't have the screen protector that fit my phone, and they didn't have a case at all for my phone. Now he was the one that suggested this particular phone and made these promises and then was unable to fulfill. The sad thing was as I check to other locations in the Pensacola area and neither one of them had this particular phone case either. I'm surprised that they stay in business. If it wasn't for me being locked in at such a low rate, I would definitely go elsewhere.

I got there 10 mins. before they closed and the manager of that store helped me and he didn't make me feel rushed. Two of my family members & I switched over 2 years ago from straight talk. We pay $90.00 per month for 3 lines unlimited talk, text, & data. Metro is about the only service, that does not have a trade your old phone in when upgrading to a new phone. Also, this seemed quite strange to me I could only get the discount if I changed my old phone number, that I have had for 2 years. $145.00 difference., So changed my number, then he said I could not do the upgrade because I was on a family plan, and I know that's not to be true cause my father upgraded his phone twice in the last 2 years; however, he worked it out where I would get the discount. I got a Moto g a 2 layer case & wireless ear buds for $200
