Nurse practitioner was excellent; she even tried to follow-up with me and left me a message to call her back. Now, here lies the problem... there is NO WAY TO CALL her back! Expect to spend hours trying to get through to someone to return a call on the 866 number ... the only number. I had to give up. Can't even call CVS to get through to talk to the nurse.

Made an appointment online for the minute clinic, filled out the pre check-in documents online and submitted, received a confirmation of my appointment for the next day. The day of the appointment, I take my sick a$$ up there and while checking in, it states that my appointment has been cancelled and recommends rescheduling (I received no communication about this). Such a waste of time and energy, and not a single employee in sight to help. Don’t rely on this establishment or Minute Clinic unless you want to be let down and disappointed. Requested a call back to understand why my CONFIRMED appointment was cancelled and they won’t call me back.

The rude staff make things up as they go along. Most incompetent. Complete waste of time.

My daughter-in-law went in because she has had a horrible cough and burning sinuses. The nurse practitioner, Cynthia Bantista, told her that she didn't think she had any kind of bacterial infection yet gave her an antibiotic and the discharge paper work said bronchitis. However first, this nurse practitioner severely chastised my daughter-in-law about her weight and her neck circumference and chastised her about labs and things that my daughter-in-law's primary care physician takes care of. She asked my daughter in law how much she weighed and my daughter in law told her, at which time she said "Well, let's just see" and pointed to the scale. Her weight was exactly what she said. All she wanted to do was focus on her weight rather than take care of the acute process at hand, the bronchitis. My daughter in law left in tears. This nurse practitioner should not be allowed to see snakes, much less people. This is why people don't go to the doctor. We all use minute clinics in our family and never have we been treated so poorly. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Save yourself some time.

If I could give them no stars, I would. We got there with my partner in distress at 6:45 knowing the clinic closed at 7:30. We asked if they could help us and they turned us away, saying it was "getting late". We had to make a mad dash for Baptist Urgent Care, who took us in even though they were about to close.

It was quick but the doctor I spoke to was very thorough. I was impressed but you do need to make an appt to be seen. They don't do walk-ins

No help. The doctor walked away and shut the door when I asked fo help. Cvs on Davis. It doesn't even deserve a star.

After billing my insurance, I received my first paper bill yesterday. One day later, their phone blitz began, with three phone calls, voicemail, and text message telling me to pay the balance of the bill. The service was OK, but the billing practices will make me avoid this clinic in the future.

I went last Tuesday and waited an hour and a half for my appointment. Meanwhile the practitioner was taking her time putting away boxes and doing other things. Very irritating. She diagnosed me with an Upper Respiratory Infection due to congestion, sore throat, sinus pressure & sneezing and also an ear infection in both ears because they were plugged and hurting. I was given 3 days of antibiotics & a week supply of cough medicine for some reason even though I didn’t really have a cough. Went back today because I’m much worse now with the same symptoms and some more, and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me. Also had to wait upwards of 30 minutes this time. She told me to describe the problem in one word only. Um?? How do you explain sickness with multiple symptoms in one word? No Covid but I had a virus. Okay.. well which one??? Only prescribed me things to help with my symptoms instead of aid to get rid of whatever I have. Looked in my ears since they’re still plugged and hurting & she said I had fluid on one of my eardrums but no infection? And then proceeded to not prescribe anything for my ears. She told me to get Tylenol, Advil, Claritin, Sudafed, and prescribed me a nasal spray and mouth wash. Really unhappy with how they do service here. Liked to go here since it’s cheap and convenient but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I live in Maine and came to Pensacola to drop off my son at college. While here I wanted to get an antibody test because they do not give them in Maine . I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my visit. i Didn't have a lot of time as my focus was getting my son settled in college so my time was precious. we got to the clinic 20 min before our appointment and was the first in line after they got back from their lunch. The nurse was still late taking us in. When she did call us in she proceeded to tell us that they ran out of the antibody tests that morning but we could make another a at a different cvs 30 min away!!! Like I said.... we did not have time to spare! I asked her why she didn't save tests for us since we had an appointment that we made 2 weeks in advance?? All she said, rudely was that they ran out this morn and she took the option off the options! I said that when I made the appointment the option was available. she turned her back on me and said, you can try the other minute clinics! If I could give this minute clinic a 0 I would and if I knew her name I would use it! Not happy with this clinic at all!!!

My husband really needed to be seen for him foot and they were the only one that was opened and online said nothing about when the last patient will be seen so we drove across town. The lady that work there was very rude telling us you can't expect to walk in 10 minutes before they close and closed the door in our faces. They need to update their website to say the last patient is taken at 6:45 so people won't waste there time and gas trying to seek medical attention
