Absolutely never again. As long as Patsy in their customer service is an employee. I've NEVER seen an employee blatantly disrespect and belittle another employee in front of other customers. It was very awkward and it really upset us to see the other employee "Savannah" get treated lesser than. Yes the lumber was .56 cents cheaper than the next place but not enough for me to ever come back there.

I just drove over an hour to pick up some Clear Casing. The front desk told me that was in stock. I confirmed with her three times that she stocked Clear Casing, she agreed three times. I just drove over an hour, to be told “ Oops all we have is primed casing. I kept my Jesus! Don’t waste your time or money on Mobile Lumber of Pensacola.

ordered doors and trim through their salesman R. He ordered the doors and got the swing wrong on one of the doors. He also forgot to order the trim. I needed more doors for my house and gave him the opportunity to correct the mistakes in a second order. Well that is where I made my my mistake. He screwed up the second order of doors by ordering the wrong size doors. These doors say on the invoice "Special Order - Non Stock - Non Refundable". I contacted them with no reply back. I won't be doing business with them again. I am getting the doors from another supplier.

My husband and I built a house and used Mobile Lumber for all of our building supply needs. I'm confident that what made our experience so particularly amazing was our sales rep, Brian Jones. He was always responsive, proactive and contributed a LOT of valuable advice as we went through the process. It was a pleasure to work with him for a year!
