I don't understand why the walmart on navy boulevard closes their Customer service at 8 o'clock and nobody else knows about it but the store employees. The other stores tells you to go over there and it's 915 in their clothes. Had to sit up there 10 minutes before you decided to go. See if you could find somebody and then they tell you to go and blue angel. What makes that a such a special store? They're closed they're closed at 8. The store closes at 11 Other stores closed at 10 PM.just like all the other stores in the website it States. It's a supercenter that's what all the rest of the stores is. They're not a neighborhood grocery store. Shame on Walmart for allowing that that's like going to McDonald's and they don't sell hamburgers one store ou.

The deli food is very good! The chicken and sandwiches are great! The pizza is great and what a super fun thing to cook at home, the pizza we have Enjoyed the most is the one that had everything and if that isn't great enough add more prior to cooking and increase the cooking time as needed! The people working they have always been kind. Never a harsh word.The cost is greater than in the past but that is everywhere!!!!

THIS FOR STORE 01224 on Creighton Road !!!!! Well, it's obvious that Walmart corporate doesn't care about how poorly this store is run as no one is responding to these reviews. I was accosted today by a security person because I did not have my cans sodas in a plastic bag. I have been going to the store for a year and bought numerous canned sodas and never once have been told by a cashier to put them in a plastic bag. As well there is nothing posted that it is required to do so, so hence I was standing there with $80 of receipts in my hand being aggressively attacked because my six mini cans of Sunkist orange drink were not in a plastic bag. I tried to reach the store manager through 4 phone calls. Still have not reached her. I contacted the corporate office and filed a formal complaint, I understand security has a job to do but not in a harassing aggressive publicly humiliating way that this was done. I called and asked for the security office and a punk named. Josh started yelling at me and hung up on me. They have not heard the end of this, as I told the corporate office, you see hundreds of people rolling their buggies out to their cars with their sodas/bottles not in plastic bags. So why was I stopped? Lastly, are we not trying to cut down on usage of plastic bags that are destroying our environment? again nothing will come of this review because it appears they don't even read them much less respond to them which is again poor management coming from the top. I will not stop trying to reach someone in charge even if I have to call the CEO of Walmart for the money I spend in the store on a monthly basis I believe they can afford to do better customer service training with their security people.

Not sure what was going on but a lot of the shelves throughout the store are bare/empty. Been here several times the past week and the shelves haven't been stocked.

I am a handicapped senior citizen who usually gets treated with respect, except for when it comes to the Walmart food delivery service. They actually seem to find it amusing, and find a good deal of humor at my expense. When they didn't deliver most of the food that I ordered and paid for, they lie and say that they have none in the entire store. An example of that is one person I called laughed and said that they didn't have any milk at all. I called back when the rest of my order was still not delivered, and another person said that they have tons of milk. I had to call four times in one afternoon, and still they refused to deliver the rest of the order. Who cares if an elderly handicapped woman goes hungry. It certainly isn't the people at Walmart.

Placed a pick up order two days ago. Was told I could pick it up anytime, but then got a second email saying I had to wait three days to pick it up. I need the items now so I called the store trying to get either someone to answer the phone which is completely impossible in the pick up department, or for the customer service rep to give me a phone number, a one 800 number to call regarding my order. Horrible customer service!

Second Oder in row where my correct name on package but what was in packages or sacks was not what I ordered. Takes 7-10 days to get my money back to close to 150 dollars. Someone somewhere is eating good. Customer service couldn't help get what I needed cause of policy change from corporate office. Walmart not into customer service. I have food delivered cause of my cancer and I can not always get out or carry upstairs. It's gonna take a lot for me to order or even walk in to Walmart anymore, and that's if I have a way to get there. Greers and Publix will be getting my business from now on

I've been very loyal to Walmart, specifically this store on Navy. Last 2 times I've needed to utilize the Money store to cash then load my Walmart debit card. Before I called a cab each time I called(no answer) then double checked the W+app to make sure that dept.was open. Upon arriving both times closed, and customer service desk would not help. On Friday I came in 5 o'clock, and following Saturday a few minutes before 4pm. I understand many businesses are shorthanded, but have the courtesy of either updating your sites or answer the phone.

If I could give no stars at all that's what this Walmart deserves. Worst Walmart shopping experience. Not one worker was friendly or helpful at all. When asking a store worker assistance to where the bubble toys are they said they didn't know. We found an entire bubble toys area towards the front of the store near before reaching the cashiers. Shameful. The workers all just ignored and stared at us when we greeted them a nice friendly hello. Terrible customer skills. Unprofessional and not a not a welcoming environment to shop at. Definitely do not recommend to shop at this Walmart location.

The delivery service from the Walmart on Navy Blvd. couldn't be any worse. The norm is to not get everything on the order but today, they didn't even bother to deliver my order. Instead of the groceries I ordered, I received 3 bottles of car oil, a funnel, and a plastic soap dispenser. I didn't order any of that. On one of the bags, the order number and name of a completely different person is there. I called the manager at the store on Navy after the Walmart person in their centralized service said she call the Navy location's manager and had been told that they wouldn't do anything because it says that 2 bags were delivered. When I called the store and talked to a woman who said she was the manager (I will repost her name), she didn't say much (don't recall her apologizing) but then sounded like she may get the order delivered by saying she wasn't sure if she has a delivery driver. It is going on 3 hours and no delivery. I am going to keep calling Walmart corporate office until I get my orders serviced by a different Walmart from now on. Walmart on Navy Blvd. Pensacola does not care about their customers or what they make them go through. Undependable, terrible experience.

We checked in at 12:00pm to pick up 2 items and it is now 1:30 a few guest have come after us and received there orders before us i will never place a order at this location ever.

well, if you like being over charged every time you go in here, this is the place for you. check your ticket before you leave, I caught the cashier trying to charge me for 3 of an item, when I only had one and then when I got home she had successfully charged me 2 times for one item that I didn't catch. nothing back

Called to see if they carried fresh flower bouquets and the phone rang 20 times ( Yes, i counted) before someone picked up. This was 8:30 am and I doubt they were busy.

The people that work there are great. However the store is a second or third class store, long overdue for a major remodel. Unlike the other first class stores, this one doesn't even have a Subway, and the entry/exits are only on 1 side of the store. Those 2 things make the store much less comfortable than the others. The workers and shoppers all deserve better. Shame on Walmart chiefs for not keeping it up to par! Maybe this will help them wake up.
