(The manager Tommy body checked me) after requesting only 22 pgs of the 100 or so they printed.. I needed some IRS documents printed and somehow there were 100 pgs of one doc that I wasn’t aware of, (I only wanted pg 1) yet he insisted I pay 33.00 for it all, when I told him I didn’t have it could I just please have the IRS papers and he said no I had to pay for it all or I got nothing. That to me seem very unprofessional and rude and when I asked for the manager, he said that is me and I said well OK can you at least shred the IRS return that has my all my information on it? And he said no, it’s mine to do with what I want, and insisted me leave the store and I said no I’m calling the police. You need to shred that if you’re not gonna give it to me. That’s when he ran up on me and shove me with his body.

I went to ship a package to my friend in Australia. This place just happened to be convenient. They charged me $150 for a box that was 6x8x6. I didn't know better and was looking to them as professionals to guide me. The box was returned more than a month later. I took it to the post office for guidance. The said it was because they could still see that at one time there was a battery item in the box. They also weighed it and told me that it was a pound lighter than the tag said and that it would only cost $62 to ship. I know the little company makes a profit, but a 100%+ profit? Now I have to go back to them to see about a refund or at least reship it in a different box. Even if you hate the post office, just go, at least they know what they are talking about, at least mostly. They did resend the box, but it was still a profit for them since I got no refund.

AMAZING. I had a uhaul reservation elsewhere and it got canceled as I pulled in and they stated they had no trucks for me, but this office was there picking up equipment and asked if they could help me and they sure did!! I will HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone in Pensacola!!

I have my UPS deliveries routed to More Ink for Less. It’s convenient for me because I have no idea what I’ll be doing or where I’ll be the day my packages are delivered. These guys take care of all that and when I’m ready to fetch my items they’re there waiting for me. No worrying about a thief taking it off my front porch, that’s IF the driver even made it to my porch. Many times items are left sitting in my driveway.Thanks again MIFL!
