It was a last minute grab for me and my girlfriend and it being my first time in Florida the lady on the phone and at the front desk was absolutely great very patient very helpful and mindful the room was very quiet clean and nice and the bed was very soft when I come back definitely choosing this motel 10/10 times. Thank you motel 6

Everything was great! They are trully pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet. Clean room, everything in working order. The only negative thing, the room smelled a little musky. But still, we were very happy with our stay

overall pretty good hotel, not the best but 85$ really only 2 complaints, the showers are closed door and it just felt uncomfortable, and most of the people like to Blair there music as loud as possible, compared to Mayfair this is the Ritz.

Stayed the weekend and it was great!! The housekeepers were helpful and friendly. The owner was so nice and helpful!! Everything was clean and the pool was great!! We will definitely be back every year!!!

I was in room 117 I believe. I was with my son. We had no door in the bathroom, that was fun when showering. We also had no hot water in the shower. Ac was nice and cold. The ladies up front were nice enough. Wouldn't stay there again.

Friendly staff, convenient location. I had trouble breathing in the room due to allergies from mold and mildew from the old ac unit. TV did not work.

We were looking for a last minute room. EVERYTHING else in our price range had a $100 deposit and reviews stating how multiple people didn’t get the deposit back. This one had good reviews and no deposit required. Nea checked us in and was extremely pleasant! I had a problem with my key and Patrick helped me with that. The room was clean and quiet and it was a good experience overall.

The staff was wonderful but that’s where it stopped. There were loud noise from other guests until 1 in the morning, the banging from the air conditioner awakened me several times during the night.
The air conditioner vents were broken and not adjustable. Rooms were tiny, and there was a hair in the shower when I arrived. No shampoo, other items despite a charge of $140 plus for the room. I only stayed there out of desperation, but I think of it comparable to Schitts Creek.” My daughter favorably said she believed the floors to be clean.

Someone has made a reservation as me as of 7:35pm tonight because I got an email to my email address under the name of someone “Curtis McDaniel”, who I don’t know. I don’t live in FL, I am 12 hours north and I have never been to Pensacola.
I have called customer service repeatedly who have been incredible unhelpful. They told me to talk to the location directly but this location does not have a phone number that works. They patched me through and that didn’t work either. It either gives a busy signal and hangs up or just is a totally silent call that never ends but also no one picks up. I even called the fast food place across the street who confirmed that the hotel is there and people are there, but the only way that I can get through to the hotel is via this review.
This is unacceptable. Customer service just told me to allow the hotel to charge me and then I can dispute the charges. That’s ridiculous, they just need to cancel the reservation but they won’t because it’s out of some sort of window. This is ridiculous. Please respond.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They treat you like family from the front desk to housekeepers. They made our stay wonderful. You are greeted with a big, wonderful smile. The rooms are very clean. And Comfortable.the service is outstanding
