my nail tech stationd in the very back was absolutely testing my nerves. he kept painting the wrong color after I told him it was too light and NOT the correct color, then seemed as if he was irritated when i reminded him again it wasn't right. he didn't paint to the edge of my nail and I had to tell him on each nail to get to all the edges. after the color was done I asked for a small cursive D along with a heart on my ring finger. even after providing a picture of exactly what I was wanting, he kept showing me wonky hearts and a D so big and chunky it could be seen across the room. even a second nail tech couldnt seem to grasp the concept with pictures provided of the simple detail i asked for. I was in there for about 2 hours for only a set of acrylic nails. the nail tech also RIPPED off my old set of acrylics, never soaked them or tried to loosen them. I would never recommend nor come back to this establishment.

Love this establishment! Very nice people. They greet you and say goodbye. I drive from Milton because of the rudeness experienced at the local place. Nice atmosphere, and it doesn't smell.

I love the convenient location but hate the fact they scammed me, I was overcharged! I asked how much for a standard acrylic fill w/gel polish on the phone & when I arrived. I was quoted $45 (my nails were longer when I walked in btw…) When I checked out, the tech charged me $65! For an acrylic fill, gel polish and 2 nail stickers. One wasn’t even what I wanted and she put it on crooked.
I sat there for almost an hour and was in the seat for another hour+. The language barrier was hard too with my tech, I asked for acrylic just like I had and she told me I couldn’t have the color I picked out that it was a dip. It wasn’t, she admitted that after she started applying colored acrylic powder. I had to stop her and point to my nails and say “just like this - clear”.
At first I left but then turned around as I felt very taken advantage of. I went back in and asked the same guy that quoted me $45 two hours prior, how much for these nails? He said $50. I said you quoted me $45, she charged me $65. Another lady that worked there walked up and gave me $5 back and said “so sorry”. You won’t catch me back in there. Dishonest business practices hurt our community, beware!
