Cindy does my nails in French Tip SNS and I am always completely satisfied. She does gel on my toenails so I can put my shoes back on without having to wait. I am always pleased here!

The ladies here are lovely and good at their job. Hard working. They literally were closing and walking to their cars when I pulled in and they insisted they open for me and help me. And I only needed a manicure but they didn’t care. They were lovely and happy to help me. They are fast and do excellent work. I was in and out. Prices are excellent as well. They are cheaper than any other nail salon around 9 mile. They actually care that I will be a returning customer. I couldn’t believe they cared that much. I appreciate them. Good place of business and now I’m hooked.

I had the absolute worst experience, and will never be returning! My husband wanted to do something nice. He was getting one of our vehicles serviced at the mechanic on the same strip. Instead of having me wait, he wanted to surprise me and take me to a nail shop. He paid upfront, and even left them a generous tip before I was even serviced.
The fact that they had no customers when I arrived, should have been my first red flag. This was my first time at this location, and absolute last time. The service was absolutely terrible, and the technicians came across very cold and unfriendly. I believe one golden rule of great customer service is to, actively listen to what your customer says and focus all your effort into first understanding how the customer feels and what the customer is asking for. Most nail salons I have visited in the past make friendly general conversations. Which I appreciate, because it allows you to build more personable relationships. As well as makes a customer want to come back, and even have a specific technician they request for each time. Which is how the technicians build a client list.
I understand that sometimes as a customer, I prefer a more quiet nail visit. However, as a new customer it would have been nice for the nail techs to make conversation. To make me feel comfortable and welcomed in their nail shop. I am new to area and I’m looking to find a new regular nail shop. I was hopping that this would be the one. Safe to say it most definitely will not be. I tried to engage my technician in conversation multiple times. Each time, she gave very one word short replies and gave off an aura of being disinterested in the conversation. I thought to myself, that maybe her English was just not very well. However, that was not the case. As I heard them engaging in clear English conversations with another customer who walked in.
I asked to get a simple French ombré dip powder, nude to white. Instead of showing me different ombré colors, she continuously tried to show me the nail wheel of colorful colors. Which was not what I was requesting. She then only showed me a pink ombré dip powder. Although I made it very clear that I wanted a nude to white ombré color.
To make things more simple I told her to just give me a classic French tip. I asked for a tapered square shape. Yet she just gave me square.
I got the special spa pedicure and was not even asked what kind of bath salt I wanted. The pedicure was rushed and done improperly. The paint on my toes were smudged and they did not even bother to fix it. I now have to go to an entirely different nail salon, to have my pedicure redone properly. My husband had paid for me to get my eyebrows waxed. After receiving such terrible service, I told them I no longer wanted it. Even though my husband had already paid for it, I did not trust them to touch my face.
They offered complimentary wine and I requested the Cabernet Sauvignon, yet was given a white moscato.
My husband came in to sit with me, after our vehicle was done being repaired. They kept trying to force my husband to get a pedicure, after he repeatedly told them no. This made him extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service. Safe to say, we will never refer anyone or return to this location.

Online it says they open at 11am on Sundays. I requested an appointment for 11am, they approved it. I even got the text reminder this morning. I drive all the way out here and it’s closed with no one inside. No worse feeling than my time being wasted on my one day off ? I waited 15 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt but no one showed up.

Anyone know where Ryan went to work or do anyone have his info? I love this place all the way around but Ryan is the best who has ever done my nails. Sad to hear he left.

I got a manicure from Ryan yesterday and it was probably the best one I have ever had. Definitely going back! Highly recommend this shop. Everyone is very friendly as well

Got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I was disappointed because I was quoted $75 for a full set with a basic french tip even though their website says $35+ for a full set. So I was expecting to pay around $45 - $50, which I consider to be standard. To make it even worse, they don't have a clear pricing list up for customers to verify upon entry, allowing them to charge whatever they want. Shaddy business practices.

First time going and I had a guy do my nails. He rushed through my nails, wasn’t personable, didn’t give my nails time to dry through each clear coat. My nails are ruined but I refuse to go back and let him fix it. The service was horrible. Would definitely not recommend. If you look at the picture of my thumb nails, no dip powder should look like that.

I am beyond disappointed at the negligence of service that was provided to me. I paid $70 for a fill with gel polish and Black tips. In less than a week my nails were chipping. I went back and they fixed the nails that were chipping. A few days later all my nails were chipping "AGAIN" and the gel polish was fading! I called back to see if they could fix the issue the manger declined and stated it was past the 14 days! Which a lie it had been 11 days! For me be a long-time customer I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer service I had received. The manager said she was unable to accommodate my request! I never wanted a refund just to simply fix the issue. I am saddening at the behavior of the manger. I don’t do any heavy lifting to cause my nails to chip the way they did! I will not spend any more money with Nail Images Spa!

Convenient location off 9 Mile. Plenty of parking and not busy. Excellent service and very relaxing for both of us.
