Jonathon did a great job in opening a checking account for us! Very nice experience. We just moved to the area and wanted a local bank. Service was better than expected! The NFCU branch was busy, but they let us know the expected wait time. Then Jonathon met us and explained the checking account - with tips on how to best use the account for our situation. Then he helped us get the smartphone app downloaded and set up. That was really helpful! Then we got the a credit card with correct rewards features that we wanted. Great credit union service! Even when we went to deposit our money at the front, the teller, was very friendly too and nice to talk to. Wow, we should have joined NFCU a long time ago. This experience was better than our USAA Bank and PenFed CU service of the last 30+ years - all three are in the banking industry, but NFCU seems to get that when they contact you, that they are in the people business doing banking. Thank you for the nice experience NFCU!

They always go the extra mile. They think of ways to make life better. If they offered car insurance, I would gladly drop USAA. They treat me like a person and talk to me, not at me, as if we were best friends. Numerous occasions, Ive seen the branch managers open the front door and greet everyone as we entered, with the warmest smile and sincere greetings. For such a large organization, that extra? Makes me relaxed from the get go. The vibe inside outweighs the entrance. Everytime Ive been,, There's always a full line at the windows and they get mé in and out quickly. If I call in. Like USAA they always thanks us for our service, but again goes the extra mile and talks to me, not at me. They tend to have better interest rates on loans, too.

All our experiences at our navy branch is always wonderful. Even seeking help over the phone is good. They treat my husband and myself so good. Almost like family ??

Went into branch and qualified for a credit card and requested a credit transfer from my credit card from another bank. Bankers had no idea how to walk one through this process (yet eager to promote/decribe as simple and easy) except do it yourself or call navy federals online number who also have no idea completing or even starting this process. Have been paying interest on a card that should have been paid off for the last 2 months was told its on MY end for not understanding this banking procedure and that the interest will not be paid back. Very upset

By far the worst Navy Federal I have ever been too. If possible go to another location. Service is always sooo slow.

Exceptional service. The staff is polite, friendly, and make everything easy and convenient. I was in and out way faster than I expected when I needed some account stuff dealt with. Don't hesitate to stop here if you're a Navy Fed member.
