providing changes to a trust account. the trust department only receives "on line" training, and apparently the "graduates" help others in the process. it is obvious the training is not adequate, as the "trained" employees felt the entire trust document had to be scanned and sent to the main office, when only the "certificate of trust" is all that is legally required. obviously, there is no chain of command, as their assumptions could have been corrected by a more qualified person. a customer was "forced" to return home to bring in the entire 12 lb document and convinced the employees the certificate is the only requirement. an example of the "blind leading the blind"

I went to this branch to encash && deposit to my NFCU account but the lady told me right away that she treat the money order as check and be deposited for clearing 3-5days. I was treated very poorly by prejudice person. She should treat members like me well. She’s not polite and unhelpful. Discriminatory…

Be careful when you make a cash deposit. Make sure you get a receipt and check it immediately.I made a cash deposit at this location for the first (and now only) time. While I received verbal confirmation of the deposit amount, the teller shorted me $100. I didn't realize until I went home and checked my balance online. I called as soon as I noticed. I have yet to hear back. This seems like a relatively easy matter to confirm or investigate. I'm very disappointed and saddened by this experience because up to now, my experience had been great.

We do banking here also, this is hubby's favorite bank he loves it. This is also the best place to go to the ATM in Pensacola as there are always Police Officers sitting in their cars and/or standing around by the front doors and ATM's. So it's a madhouse to get cash here. There is always a line for the ATM's & drive-thru & not much parking. We constantly have to make the block to get a parking space. We like the Police officers Presence just need a bigger parking lot. Will Return, after we make the block again...

Went in to ask a simple question about opening an account and what was required at the reception desk. The lady was extremely rude and snobby on 1/21/23.

Funny part is it says it's closed but the ATMs are open 24 hours. Went to the campus and none of those are open and they're all showing open 24 hours

I didn't realize how irritated I'd be at the "do you have someone to sponsor you?" question.I get it. I don't "look" military, but at least pretend to consider the fact that I might be. Let *me* be the one to correct you if I'm not. I'm active duty, and have been for over 6 years. Yet the attendant considered every possibility but that. Asked if I was a retired, had a sponsor etc, because he needed to "determine my eligibility"... Now I'm mad at myself for not pointing that out to him (the attendant). How incredibly unwelcoming that is. For ppl to always assume that I don't belong because of the way I look. All because I wanted to open up a Navy Fed account...

Went here to get a cashier check. Representatives were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering and instructed where I needed to go. The line and wait wasn't too long and when it was my turn the representative was fast and efficient.

I like Navy Federal Credit Union and this location is good also, my only qualm is it is always busy and could use a larger parking lot. But it was probably out of their hands when they moved to the location. Basically you take what you can get and being on the corner makes it nice having more than one entrance and exit. Customer service is always great inside.

If your ATM is down. You should have more than 1 person working the 3 drive up carrier lanes. Especially at a very busy time. This bank always has a long line in these lanes. Very inconvenient.

Horrid hold times and customer service which makes no sense. Hope they tidy up their CS.
