Navy Federal in the last 45 days has treated me very poorly.I have been a member for 34 years and never missed a payment, ever my entire life. The were charging me 50 dollars a month on my Navy Federal credit card. I filled out the form to stop that 50$ a month fee 42 days ago.I went to the branch and the "Manager" said the employee who you said faxed it can't remember.Ever heard of a fax log?I applied for an equity line of credit. Branch told me if you have any questions, call the loan officer1 problem loan officer does not answer or return phone calls. So I emailed requesting a time for a phone call. The reply was ugly because a phone call is to much to expect.Only when I called the 800 and asked for that loan officer's supervisor to call me.Magically she called the next day.I went to the branch and had the "Manager" instant message the supervisor to call me.Still no call from any supervisor.I never like calling them because the amount of computer guestions are unnecessary.Walk in to any branch for anything besides the teller line and they ask questions like access code pass word. Even though the person asking those questions knows me.I have used the same location for over 15 years.I have a question Navy Federal. Ever heard of an I.D. check? They moved a large operation to Pensacola.I appreciate them investing in our community. Not as much as I appreciate Centennial Bank, when I call them they always say."Hello Fely how are you.So I say. " Good bye Navy Federal. I know you could careless about me.Why else would you put a 600$ a year fee on a credit card that I have never missed a payment on and made 1 dispute in 34 years. You said I signed to allow it.My question is why did Navy Federal think such a rip-off fee was a good idea with my history.2nd question what kind of bonus does the employee get for tricking someone into thinking this was the right product for me.You had all my business for 34 years. You still have my mortgage. Never again.Chase bank helped me more then the branch manager could. Thanks Chase.Good luck Navy Federal,A quick Google search of issues both internal and external. As well as the way yoy treated me, after 34 years. Makes me think you'll need it.Please excusses spelling and grammar errors english is not my first language.

The people are very friendly inside and outside. It takes a long time to use the drive-through even if you are the only person there. I guess they are making sure you money is right

Worst Branch ever. Employees are rude. They demand to see a ID to make a deposit in your own account. Completely ridiculous.

I find Credit Unions are usually easier to deal with. Never had a bad experience at this branch.

Chances of me looking for a new bank to deposit my WHOLE check is pretty high. It would be one thing to do that on the app but most of us have rent and other bills to pay and $225 is not going to cover it. Good job navy Federal there should be no reason why i have to wait for most of my check to go through in 1-5 business days.

I've been apart of Navy Federal for 8 years and they have always provided consistently excellent service and have been excellent in customer service for the entirety of my time being a customer! I had came to this particular navy federal with an extremely inconvenient issue so I thought. Normie had let me know that my situation of losing ALL my cards would be no issue and that I could be issued a new debit card on the spot and that she would have my credit card sent to me and I'd receive it in 7-10 days! This had lifted such a heavy weight off my shoulders due to all my cards being on auto pays. Normie had me in and out in under 20 minutes with a brand new debit card! If anyone has any issues with their current bank then look no further and stop into Navy Federal and request Normie to help you with all of your banking needs!

It's pretty good. Just over the years the quality has good down. They've gotten more commercial and not as personable as they used to be. I've gotten turned down for loans and even a business account even though I have good credit and not over-extended on loans or anything like that. I've been with them for 27 years and I feel like I get treated like a number and never get anything out of Navy Federal. I went to a bank down the street and opened a business accout in 5 minutes and have a great relationship with them ever since.I've gotten auto loans and business loans, etc. But not with Navy Federal. Don't know what it is, but I do most of my banking elsewhere.

The representative that helped me was Matt. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice. For those that are newly graduated ROTC/OCS/OTS (congratulations!) this is an amazing deal you can’t pass on. Make sure you ask about the “Career Kickoff Loan” (Bring your Orders) — Pass it on and thank you Matt!
