New Era Detail did a ceramic coating and interior clean on my husband's GMC truck and made it better than new. So when I needed a hand wash and interior detail on my Lexus RX 350 I knew exactly who to call. Excellent customer service and a thorough clean job. Very pleased and highly recommend this place of business!

We found New Era while looking for a car detailing shop here in Pensacola. Our Toyota SUV was in bad need of a detail cleaning. I called, spoke with Brandon, the owner of New Era, was immediately impressed by his professionalism, his answers and pride of ownership! We made our reservation within 2 days. When we saw the finished product, our SUV looked like it did when we bought it 13 years ago!! Much better than new! I had told Brandon I was a “Qtip” kind of cleaner and expected the same! I was not disappointed!! When we need a remarkable detail and I mean detail again, we will definitely call New Era!Services: Steam cleaning

I came in with a very dirty and stained up minivan. This van has gone threw four babies growing up, many carpools, baseball shoes, and overall just a ton of children who has spilt drinks,food, colored on the ceiling, had cokes explode onto the ceiling. Honestly the list could just go on. And this is a CARPET van.I thought that the van was a goner and if I wanted a clean vehicle I would have to buy a new one. I was absolutely embarrassed if someone rode with me. But instead I took a chance and found this place that offered interior cleaning. They did an AMAZING job. The price was absolutely worth it. They got stains out that I had tried scrubbing out so many times. They had scrubbed every inch of the van until it basically looked brand new. Not only did they do such an amazing job, The men that work here is also super sweet and was nothing but kind to me. I highly recommend this place!Services: Steam cleaning

I just want to give a big shout out to Brandon and his New Era Team. Highly x100 recommend this business! I brought in a dingy 2014 Lexus to detail for my wife, mind you I’m from California and my expectations were pretty high. Let’s Just say Brandon and his team went above and beyond exceeding my expectations and this car looks brand new, like off the lot! This business is legit and won’t go anywhere else. They’re straight up honest and fair and will tell you exactly what you need and not try and take your $$&. Love this place and will return with all my vehicles! Go see them don’t hesitate! I initially got my parents 2004 Chevy Suburban detailed and was blown away at the level of detail and care they gave to an 18 year old vehicle. With that being said, I then bought in my mom's 2002 Cadillac DTS followed by my dad's 1993 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL. I brought my 2013 Ram 1500 Crew cab in for a full detail and then was told about the Ceramic Coating process. My waxes with others never lasted long in the FL heat. I had them do the complete truck and never would have believed the results. Water just rolls off the truck. I didn't believe the auto car washes would do so much damage to the paint. Now I hand wash and dry it. What a difference. The truck is a 2013 and looks brand new. They even detailed the interior for me as well. Highly recommend and will be using them for my next truck. I just had my truck lifted and tinted. Now it's truly one of a kind.Services: Clay bar treatment
