“Bailey's produce is one of my favorite places to stop when I am in that area of Pensacola. They have so much variety. They stock citrus and root vegetables in season that I can't find other places. There are now many artisanal products available. The garden center is great and I have found many hard to find varieties of different plants as well.”

“my husband and I went here for a few things. We live in Bossier City Louisiana and just bought a vacation home in Perdidio Key. I will tell you they where super friendly every employee we encountered was so nice. we will literally drive out of our way to go to this Home Depot that is what a Great impression they made on us. My husband asked where a piece of wood was the lady in the paint department literally walked him right to the location. The store manager is doing a great idea job”
“Called Ewing Outdoor supply regarding faulty irrigation pump. They said they would have someone come outside to get faulty pump out of my car. When I arrived 10 minutes later they had someone waiting to get old pump out of my car. New pump was purchased and loaded into my car within 10 minutes.”

“October 7, 2024, I needed to purchase materials for an emergency job at my church. Ronaldo (young man with a Pokémon tattoo on his right calf) stopped to help me immediately upon me walking in a "passing. " He was knowledgeable about square footage, where the carpet material were in this area of the store. As well as, working the cutting machine for carpet and awareness of me (customer) and where I should stand for safety. He saw my sale from beginning to end. And was a pleasant, polite, and approachable young man. He even shook my hand after asking me my name. He listened and made me feel seen in a large store that was fairly busy at the time. Thank you, for your amazing customer service skills. And speaking to me in a professional manner. I will look for him upon my next return.”

“I've been in this one s couple times, not very often at all. They are a pretty typical home depot. Limited selection on certain things and limited on help. This time I went in to help a friend pick up a stove. I had no idea they don't carry any stoves in stock. Wow. Had to go to the competition across the street street. They had plenty. The poor old lady they had in appliances acted like she was lost but she did try to help. Anyway, pretty standard for home depot in my opinion.”
“I like Home Depot. But I like it better when the people that work there try to be helpful. This seems to be the exception rather than the rule at this particular Home Depot. I assume it’s a managerial problem. Other Home Depot I go to in Pensacola people greet you ask if you need help not so much at this one. That’ll probably change maybe they’re under stress for some reason or another.”

“I have always loved this nursery I can spend hours here looking and reading the different types of plants, trees & herbs but this passed week when I went there (Feb) so many plants didn’t have price or species I hope this is fixed I really love going there but I don’t like having to use google to find out what type of plant I’m looking at don’t like having to walk up front to ask how much something is then going back if I don’t want to buy it. I passed on so many plants due to no signage I spent an hour reading all the different rose varieties they have in stock so many different fragrances I ended up with another Chantilly Fire tails for my friend’s birthday and some wonderful Dune sunflowers the folks that work at this store are so sweet and helpful.”
