I just walked into the local store on Fairfield in Pensacola and they told me they don’t sell thermal paste and I walked outside and googled who sells thermal paste in my area and Office Depot clearly sells thermal paste, looks like Walmart will get my business 🤷♂️

Stopped in for the printer sale & trade in offer on ET epsons. Scott was very helpful dropping what he was doing, listening & helped the cashier u/s what I needed. He really went above & beyond. I just received the printer & it is the wrong model. I should have double checked the cashier. It was a online order. Hopefully it can be worked out since it was on sale & now it is much higher. Mistakes happen but employees like Scott make a huge difference in the customers reaction to even another employees mistake or misunderstanding.

I went in for fax services and the cover sheet stated $1.55 per sheet but I was charged $2.00 per sheet totaling $95.39. The associate harassed me when he told me he would have to shut down the machine because they close at 7pm, and the machine was on page 18 of 43.

I went just to get some copies made Tuesday the 19th 2024, because my color printer was down. The female clerk at the business desk promptly told me she was 3 days out just to make copies. I had some business card stock and she said the self-service copiers would not print business card stock. I felt like I had just went to a government office where everything they say is: "no I can't do that". Normally in the past I have gotten decent service with office Depot at this location. So this is possibly an anomaly. Who can wait 3 days just to get some copies made??? I told her that I couldn't wait that long. I really don't know any business that can, and took my business over to: "Pack and Ship, More Ink For Less" store on Chiefs Way Pensacola Florida. The gentleman there was very accommodating, and very professional with a: "Yes I Can" mindset. He immediately took care of my copy needs and I was in and out of there within 15 minutes and that's with him helping another customer in that time frame, and the print job turned out amazingly beautiful, and the price was way below what I expected. So save yourself some time, skip all of the "blah blah blah no I can't help you" response at office Depot on Fairfield drive and just go to the "Pack and Ship" store, and get treated like an appreciated customer should be treated. I personally will not waste my time anymore at that Office Depot on Fairfield drive. In some ways I'm glad she gave me the no no no no treatment, because it made me search out other businesses and this led me to a great source for copying, shipping, printing needs and supplies.

My family has been doing business of office depot for twenty five years. In the past 3 years we have moved over to doing all of the same services that offer depot can do for us and ourselves. Because the customer service has gotten worse the prices have gotten ridiculous. Printing services I can do myself for $25. Office depot charges me two hundred. This location of particular is the worst. The print copy center even if you have a job that takes 30 seconds to. Do then make it leave the order there and come back 2 or 3 days later. Because they don't want to do the job. If you don't want to work stay at home and collect welfare. Don't represent office depot the way you do.

I just wanted to make management aware that their employee is discriminating in how she provides customer service based on political affiliation. This was the smaller lady with the short brown karen haircut who is at the "pickup/send mail window". What she did was almost so unbelievable that I just walked out furious. I wanted to post here before reporting this to corporate. Anyways, sometimes I will wear a pro-Republican hat, it says nothing offensive, just a "pro-America" ballcap. Even though I'm not a massive right winger, sometimes I wear it and other items just to see if certain types of people will treat me differently. Today happened to be a day I decided to wear it.So, today I went to the pickup/mail out counter in this store to ask if I could be pointed in the right direction for an item that I knew existed in the store. What the young lady did next when I asked her was absurd. Right in front of my face, she literally PRETENDED to press the button on her headphone(I could clearly see she didn't even press the button), without even pressing it, then within about 1 second she told me they didn't even have the item. Now, this normally might be a slick way to avoid helping a customer while pretending to help, but the way she did it immediately exposed her lie. A. I saw the button was not even fully pressed, and B. even if she HAD pressed it, there is ZERO chance that the person on the other end would have taken less than a second to look up r. So immediately upon her seeing me she judged me based on my attire, then provided worse customer service due to her personal bias. This alone should be a fireable offense, for what if she has other bias's against certain religions, races, etc and makes life hard on others just because? My second complaint that is unrelated to this is that you have another male employee who upon walking in, didn't even attempt to great me, and was literally just walking around doing nothing. He saw me and other customers struggling trying to fin d items and instead of so much as acknowledging us, he continued to walk around trying to look busy. Now, maybe I am just getting old(I'm 30), but from my experience in customer service, you ALWAYS greated your customer, and if they were looking for something you offered to help, and you CERTAINLY didn't lie with a snarky attitude, and pretend to help them when they asked for help.

No greeter, no cashier, only person in the store was in the copy area and making a person cell phone call. Price for thermal CCD paper is 3X's other places. Will avoid going back unless emergency.

While shopping at Office Depot I received the best customer service by the sales lady coming to me to ask if I need any help while shopping. When arriving at the register the cashier greeted me and asked me again If I found everything I was looking for. You could tell they were both trained very well. Thank You Office Depot.

We needed printer ink and a couple of other things. Were greeted just inside by Kerri, who not only helped us quickly find what we need, but also showed us how to get the best deal for the ink we need. Great service!

This place is the absolute worst their customer service is horrible, they let me stand there for 20 minutes before asking me did I need help & then they saw I was having trouble with the fax machine & didn’t offer assistance not once. I took my services to UPS whom acknowledged me as soon as I walked in.You all have that long drawn out test on what you should do when a customer is in the store yet your employees failed to utilize any of those exercises please get better employees or retrain the ones you have, worst experience ever.
