Horrible customer service. Walked in with bandaged hand I can't use. Wanted to get copies done. I just got shown to a Machine a figure it out also had to prepay over what I needed twice because they only have set amounts. I needed help from copy person and charge me accordingly but she was to busy just being a cashier. While 2 other people are just sitting around talking. I have yet to received the overpay for copies. So got ripped off.

Thank you Ms. Heidi for going above and beyond even while having several customers. This was my first time here and I was not highly impressed with the service from the tall guy with glasses. Heidi thank you for at least putting effort into the problem I had. You're a star compared to the other guy that just brushed me off and walked away 💪💪.

Customer service is terrible! Do not and I repeat Do Not order furniture from them! They lie to you about the items arrival, they use a third party to deliver the item! And it takes forever to get it! The store didn’t want to help me and referred me to there 1-800 number which was also a joke! I will never again purchase anything from them! Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable!!

Horrible customer service. When asking for a print job, I was told to do it myself on line. Job would have taken 3 minutes for the employee who was doing nothing. OD has turned to a self service minimart of retail. They have given up and should close stores

The only reason I gave the a two is the lack of customer service when trying to get a copy of a receipt. The instore people are great.
I called the store to get a receipt, said its after 30 days so call this number. Called the number and the write up a ticket to send to the store so they can pull the receipt!!!!

I’ve never had a problem getting a quick service done in the print center. I needed one Stack of about 40 pages chopped with the guillotine and was directed to submit an order.
Maybe I’m being irrational, this takes 10 seconds. You put them on the machine and push the button. I worked for Office Depot for over 5 years and can’t believe how far the quality of service has drifted.

The customer service at this particular location is the worse. Walked in and the employee that was at the front did not bother to greet me, did not ask me if I needed help finding something. As I went to go look for my item and found it, another employee walks by and does not say anything at all. I do have questions about the item that I am looking for, but I’m not going to bother asking an employee. I get the register and in front is the copy center and two employees. I turn to the cash register and they are all empty. I asked the two employees at the copy center who is going to check me out and one of them said I’ll check you out here. There was zero customer service from either of those two employees. Will not be coming back to the store.
