“Stopped in for the printer sale & trade in offer on ET epsons. Scott was very helpful dropping what he was doing, listening & helped the cashier u/s what I needed. He really went above & beyond. I just received the printer & it is the wrong model. I should have double checked the cashier. It was a online order. Hopefully it can be worked out since it was on sale & now it is much higher. Mistakes happen but employees like Scott make a huge difference in the customers reaction to even another employees mistake or misunderstanding.”
