Instead of offering customer service, the employees talk about you on their ear pieces and follow you around the store while pretending to fold or put things away because they think you steal. One guy stood next to me and picked up a pair of jeans, unfolded them, then refolded them slowly while he eavesdropped on my conversion. He never spoke to me and it was blatantly obvious what he was doing. That same employee followed us to the fitting rooms and stood there the entire time pretending to be on his phone. Then when you try to make a purchase they try to convince you to apply for a credit card and don't know what "no" means. The place has gone downhill but that's okay because I won't be coming here anymore. I hope it was worth the 15.00 an hour to make law abiding and paying customers feel like criminals.

I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!

Unprofessional and rude. I went in dressing room to try on clothes. Apparently there WAS a sign that said they were closed, but had fallen. How could I have known. Man who works there came over talking bad about me in dressing room, I guess didn't see my wife and son standing there? Then, yelled "Where is my G** D*** sign!!!".....again, with my son right there? Rude, Unprofessional, and irresponsible. I normally shop here a lot!

Man, if you not careful you will spend more than what you intended. Stick to the clearance area and you will find really good deals.

Old Navy was having a sale. l bought a pair of jeans on the clearance rack and a shirt that was on sale. Spent $19 and change. The workers were (with the exception of 1 lady) all friendly and very helpful.

I went to a service call to troubleshoot some lights in the ladies bathroom, and the entrance the light hanging from the ceiling. The managers where very helpful. Respectful and very courteous.
