On a cross country trip, I had mechanical issues and I pulled in for what I thought would be an easy fix. It turned out to not be that easy and the assistant manager, whose name was W. L. Went above and beyond for me. What a great guy! He even went home on his lunch break to get a tool that was needed, and then we got everything resolved! I highly recommend that you do business at this location. Great group of people!

We ended up stranded with a dead battery the night before taking our baby home from the NICU. We got the car jumped off, but knew with a 2+ hour long drive home the next day in the August heat, we needed a new battery ASAP, and we were scared to go park back at the hospital for fear the car wouldn’t crank the next morning. We ran straight to the nearest auto parts store as soon as we got the car jumped, and we made it there at 8:55pm, just 5 minutes before closing. I ran into the store and asked them to please help us. You could tell they were getting ready to go (again, it was 5 minutes until closing and the store was empty of customers already). There was a lady at the register who didn’t hesitate. She got an employee to go test our battery (to see if it was beyond help) while she got my vehicle info in the store. The employee hustled right to it for us and another gentleman offered to come help us in the morning if we decided not to get a battery but ended up with a dead car at the hospital in the morning. Once the battery was tested, they discovered it was basically done for (not surprising after 70k miles and 5 years of driving with it, but I’d been in the hospital all summer and hadn’t had my car to even think about checking things like that). The lady at the counter already had the battery options for us pulled up and we selected one and paid while the other employee installed it quickly for us. We were back on the road by 9:10pm, headed back to our baby in the NICU. I never caught the employees names, but they were so amazing. The lady at the counter gave me the warmest hug before we left. Honestly they all could’ve been so frustrated with us for coming in there at that time and needing so much help, but they never once acted annoyed or inconvenienced. They just helped us, even after closing time. This is such a rare thing these days. My husband and I had no idea where to go that night. We aren’t from Pensacola. I typed in “auto parts store” and we rushed to the nearest one the GPS found for us. God really took us to the right store that night. These are great people that work here, and I just thought more people should know about their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. Thank you to those employees for getting us back to our baby boy, and home safely with him the next morning.

Ever since I replaced my wipers, I haven’t been able to see barely when it rains. I’ve returned them & bought different ones & still, major streaks every time it rains no matter what I do. Tried rain repellent stuff & all. Went back again today to see if maybe a different brand would do. Thankfully O’reilly keeps track of purchases. He made a face when he looked at my profile, then went out to look at the wipers. Come to find out, the newer Toyota windshields are arced more. The blades are not touching the glass all the way across, making them skid/drag across the windshield, creating a smeared/streaked affect. I’m being sent to the dealership to get Toyota blades & then I have to come back to receive a refund on the ones I bought from O’Reilly. O’Reilly has always gone above & beyond & that’s why I love them. They don’t care they’re about to lose some money, they take care of the customer as top priority. ❤️ So So thankful they figured it out Lol I’ve been driving basically blind when it rains. ?

The folks at O'Reilly's on Davis keep me going... literally! The team there is courteous, and they're always willing to answer my automotive questions concerning parts, assist with my trouble-shooting questions, and they have great prices on my basic self-care auto maintenance. Items. Even my preferred auto mechanic uses them for ordering parts when needed. Thanks O'Reilly's!
