Was in town for a few days and when I pulled my laptop out of the bag, the screen was dead. I do my own repairs but I had no tools and I needed my machine fixed. I was hesitant to take it to a repair shop but didn't have much choice. I dropped the laptop off in the morning and got a message in the evening that it was back up and running. The repair charges were very fair, I'm glad I found these guys. Thanks for the help!

Quick service, nice staff, and one of the few places downtown Pensacola that has easy parking nearby! My Dell laptop would not open due to a hinge flaw. They ordered a part and fixed it. Works great now! Thank you.

They offered me $176 dollars for a 2019 MacBook Air. They said they use Apple's website to get that price and that every other store, specifically mentioned Best Buy, also use the same website. I'm no computer expert, but that offer seemed low. Took it to Best Buy and they gave me $425 store credit for it. Granted, it's store credit but I'm sure a cash offer would be much higher than $176 by Palafox Computers. I've never used them for computer work or anything else so I can't speak that, but what they offered was very slimy and not right. (There was a 2018 MacBook displayed for sale in the store for either 799 or 899, can't remember exactly.) Would not recommend.

I tried to do business with this store to support a local business. I visited the store 3 times, left my number etc. Finally called me, I explained my needs they said we will get you an estimate. Never heard from them again. They just don't care or don't need the money, I was going to spend up to 1500 bucks.

The worst service I've received they were rude and big liars I bought my laptop to them to get one problem fixed and came back to find my screen on my laptop broken they said I did it but I really feel like they broke it so I can pay them more money I will be making a Facebook post to let people know not to use this place

Have now used Palafox Computers for the 3rd time (3 different issues on 3 different devices). I've been VERY happy with their service and their employees. Highly recommend.

They were quick to respond to my website contact asking about recovery of photos from my microSD card. The card was showing corrupted and I thought I had about a year's worth of photos on it that I had not downloaded to my computer yet.I did not leave my hard drive initially because it has EVERYTHING on it and I was uncomfortable leaving it for an unknown amount of time. I opted for them to put the recovered files onto a drive they have and I would pay for that. I was grateful that they reached out and asked if I could bring my own hard drive due to the amount of files recovered (333GB from a 128GB card) because it would add an additional $110 to the original price.They appear to be good with communication as they give you a textable number, but did not respond to my requests for updates. I understand they may not be able to give exact timeframes, but it gets frustrating when it takes longer than the estimates without any updates.I am almost certain I left the microSD card in a case because I remember the worker telling me it would help because of how small the microSD card / adapter is. When I picked it up, it was not with the case, but since I could not remember exactly and even if I had left the case, they were adamant that I did not leave it, I just let it go.

They worked on my DJI drone (broken arm and malfunctioning sensor). It flies perfect now. They only charged the diagnosis fee due to the fixes being minor. Good place!

The employees are nice for the most part, but one of the ladies changed her attitude after I told her I don't feel comfortable giving her my password to log in. Kinda passive aggressive honestly.I drop off my laptop for them to replace the screen, but then had to come back again a couple weeks later because the screen starts popping out. I drop off my laptop again for them to fix (for free, thankfully) and they used what looks like super glue to make sure the screen is in place. it looks like a messy quick fix because there's glue that gushed out the side of the frame. I understand mistakes happen, but when it comes to someone paying over $300 for something, the job should be done right the first time.

My husband took our printer in for repair. Unfortunately, it was beyond help but they put the service fee towards a brand new Cannon printer which he surprised me with. We are very happy with our new printer. They also followed up to check on it. Great service!

Oh no. I dropped my Macbook Pro 13. Screen images quickly disappeared until only black remained. My daughter (My Pink Lawyer) recommended Palafox Computers since they service her company computers when required. Drop off, assessment of the "injury", estimated cost and completion date were communicated to me quickly. Laptop is safely home and working properly. I cannot attest to whether the cost is reasonable since I have no reference to compare. But this repair is much less expensive than a replacement purchase. I am very pleased with this company and recommend highly.

I went here recently thinking it would be a good choice, as it is located in the downtown area where many professional local businesses are. When I got to the front service desk I was greeted by a young blonde woman who smelled of alcohol, and whom had clearly been drinking. I saw this as unprofessional and decided to take my business elsewhere. I would like to believe that not all the employees at this establishment carry themselves in this manner and hope this issue is dealt with appropriately.
