Palm Beach Tan is a tanning salon known for its advanced tanning equipment, including sunbeds and spray tanning booths, as well as a wide selection of tanning and skin care products. Many customers appreciate the technology that helps achieve their desired skin tone, particularly with the spray tan service, which is quick and efficient. However, experiences at the Pensacola location have been mixed. Some visitors report excellent customer service and friendly staff, while others express disappointment with the service quality and availability of equipment. Issues such as machine malfunctions and lack of essential supplies have been noted, leading to frustration for those with monthly memberships. Overall, Palm Beach Tan offers a range of tanning options, but consistency in service may vary by location.
Wow Athena is the best!! She is SO helpful and caring. It was my first time tanning so she answered every question I had! I will now be going every week, so huge shoutout to Athena! She deserves a raise with how she handles everyone.
