We had four sling chairs that needed new fabric. They took one to get measurements and had our new fabric back in a few weeks. We picked up the one and dropped of the rest and we're able to get them the next day. I highly recommend them. I love dealing with people who know what they're doing.

They replaced the sling fabric on 2 pvc chairs and one aluminum chair and did an amazing job! I have 3 brand new chairs for the price of one. Such nice people to work with and I highly recommend them. They also have a nice selection of pvc furniture which is hard to find.

We recently needed a rocker plate replaced on a Winston outdoor patio chair ... and had a great customer experience with owners Lisa & Bruce. When I first called Patio Freedom, Lisa gave me instructions via phone of how I might be able to fix the ptoblem myself. When this failed, we scheduled a time to take it to their store (45 minute drive). Lisa suggested bringing it in at around 11 a.m., which she also suggested would give us time to go to lunch if we so desired. When we returned from lunch, the chair was ready. Bruce loaded the repaired chair into the back of our SUV and noticed 2 nylon glides on the bottom were missing ... and insisted he could install new glides if we could wait another few minutes (at NO CHARGE). Their helpfulness and thoroughness exemplifies superior customer service!

I placed an order to have my patio chairs redone. The fabric was ordered and my chairs left with you on 06/12/19. I called yesterday for the second time since placing the order and left a message for a status update. I called again today and was told that y'all are going to call to find out where the fabric is and that it usually takes 6 - 8 weeks. I was told 6 weeks. Anyone who is looking to have their furniture redone, go somewhere else.

Bruce and Lisa were great to deal with. They fixed / updated some PVC outdoor chairs we bought over 20 years ago. They sell new ones and repair older ones and were wonderful to deal with. PVC furniture is super easy to clean and lasts decades, like ours.

We needed to have our 20+ year old metal patio furniture set refinished (including changing the color from white to bronze) so we contacted Patio Freedom, who we already knew had a great reputation in the area, and they really took the time to explain their process for restoring our patio furniture to its original condition. Within 10 days we had our patio furniture back and are absolutely delighted with the finished product! Thank you Patio Freedom for doing such an amazing job! John & Barbara Thompson

If you're John Bears Fertipton, this is the place for you. Overpriced and not what I'd call a great selection. They do have some nice things, mostly made of PVC and I don't understand how that can be so expensive.

We have older PVC tall chairs around our pool and the seats were old and worn but the frames were in excellent condition. Stopped by Patio Freedom and met the owners who showed me the newer style chairs with high back and extended leg room. They helped us pick perfect pattern material and worked with the manufacturer to get us new chair inserts so we could reuse our current chair frames. The newer style is perfect for our pool area and their willingness to get the new inserts was great. Chairs are now beautiful and up to date. Thanks for all that you did.
