I had a couple issues with my 2017 Ford edge. That I purchased over a year ago.I took it back to the service center. Shane an Crosby. Did a great job with solving my issues immediately when brought to they attention.I was offered a rental car for my wait til services was completed. But Drew was able to get the service done in time enough an I didn't need the rental. I'm very satisfied an very thankful. It was such a stress relief. I would recommend Honda dealership. If I had to choose I would choose them again for my purchase

Pensacola Honda has done it again. We bought our first vehicle with them around this time last year, and knew when we were in the market Pensacola Honda would be the place for us. Leah and Wes were amazing throughout the entire process. After a couple hurdles they were able to work out a deal and have me drive off in a 23' Civic Sport. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from Pensacola Honda!

I initially met with Ashley Williams back in July when I started looking for a new car. I let him know I didn’t plan to buy one from Pensacola Honda due to a bad experience with them in the past, just wanted to check out the Pilot. He did not challenge my negative experience, but assured me he would be happy to work with me. When I was ready to actually buy a car, I reached back out to Ashley and he helped me buy my car. I visited Pensacola Honda at the start of the month to shop for the 2024 CRV Hybrid and they had sold the ones that were on the lot that morning. The manger, Jake, and sales associate, Ashley, were quick to help set up an order for the vehicle in the specifications that I wanted. I was told that it could take several weeks for the vehicle to arrive, but they would do their best to get one in as soon as possible. To my surprise, the vehicle came in just after two weeks and I am now the proud owner of my very first Honda. Ashley was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough with setting up and showing me the features inside the car. He also explained all of the extra contract options without adding on the pressure to opt in to each one. Over all I had an excellent experience and I will recommend Pensacola Honda to everyone.

Buying a vehicle at Pensacola Honda was a great experience! Our salesperson, Cynthia, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us with all of the purchasing options and we feel that we made a good decision. The vehicle that we purchased was just delivered that very morning, and she did everything possible to allow us to purchase the vehicle on the spot. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was a really enjoyable experience.

I worked with Cynthia! She greeted me when she saw me and was very nice and she let me test drive one of the cars. She was so supportive during the process and was very attentive and helped me sort out things with my insurance so that I can leave with my new car. The experience was great I was not forced or pushed to get a car that I was not happy with, it was all about what I wanted, It felt like I had a team which was awesome to me! I definitely recommend this dealership. The process was very smooth and Cynthia followed up with me during the entire process she was wonderful to work with and talk to! Mr. Shane also gave me tips and honest feedback about what I needed to reach my goals and when It was time to make my purchase, the staff was great , I knew I was making the right decision! What an awesome experience!

I was informed through mail that my 2017 civic had a recall issue that had to do with the A/C. I was able to schedule an appointment online with no issue. Took the car first thing a Friday morning and pick up the car at about 1PM. As I drove off the A/C continued to have the exact same issue that was relevant to the recall. I waited until Monday to call. I have called several times, left messages for Debbie Polozola, service advisor, and Zane Presley, service manager and trainer will not return my calls. After a week I finally took a day off from work to drive to Honda pensacola. Unfortunately, they could not give me a reason as to why my A/C was not working. I google searched and to my surprise the A/C will lock up when overfilled with refrigerant. I checked the refrigerant and the needle marked to the red which means it was overfilled. Zane Presley and Ryan both service managers. Said they had no clue as to why my A/C locked up. Zane actually didn't even know if the refrigerant had been retrieved and refilled on my car. On the paperwork that was given to me it specifically says that the refrigerant was retrieved and refilled. Zane, completely dismissed my concern. Now, in order to get my A/C working I have to pay $1,600.00. This is the 4th honda I own, I will definitely consider customer service when purchasing my next vehicle and as much as I love Honda vehicles, the customer service ruins it all for me. I have been dealing with this for 4 weeks now. No AC in florida is harsh especially when Honda broke it and wants me to pay for their mistake. INCREDIBLE!!!!!MartiBlue Honda Civic

I cannot begin to describe how amazing my experience was with Pensacola Honda. Not only do I love my new 2023 Honda Civic, but the dealership went above and beyond in helping me get my new vehicle. Kevin, the manager, was instrumental in making the process smooth, and even arranged for my vehicle to be shipped to my residence! The customer service was excellent!
