It's sad to take my 4 yr old son to pick out a new fish for the pond, and the associates working there act like you're a huge inconvenienceToo the point of throwing items across the nursery.. and screaming at the cashier to come check us out..Sir.. be really happy my son was with me..today..I guess we were a huge inconvenience, ..All the money spent with you will go elsewhere from this point forward. How sad...

I will be returning here for all my plant needs! TY?

Such a great variety here! Way more than a bigger hardware store plants. I got a Birkin Phildendron which is a rare find and a marble queen pothos!! They have both metal and plastic pots, and the plastic pots are made from ocean plastic! The area outside was so large, the rows kept going and going. You can find some MASSIVE plants here, and you can find some very small like 2 inch, $2.99 little cute things. It was an incredible selection and I was really impressed. They also have a ton of organic fertilizers and this beautiful tropical area with koi fish. One thing I wish had been a little better was the customer service, when we walked in we walked by 2-3 people, and no one said anything. So I wish the employees had been a little more welcoming. But otherwise a great experience and I'll be back!

Went to PSG to get some crabgrass killer for my yard. Bought the product they recommended and took it home. Took out the instruction to mix the chemicals and the directions for weeds it would kill did not include Crabgrass. Took it back and they would not accept the return even though I had the receipt. They told me I bought the wrong product and they had a zero return policy on chemicals. Tried to help the local company over the big box store and got even poorer customer service. Do not recommend you use them!!

Thought I would help a local business instead of the big box stores. So, I went to PSG to get some crabgrass killer for my yard. I got the product they recommended and took it home. When I read the instructions, I discovered it would not kill crabgrass. I took the product back to get a refund. Not only was a refund not given, but I was also told I bought the wrong product and they have a zero return policy on chemicals. They not only recommended the wrong product they would take any responsibility for their recommendation. Can't say I will be helping out that local business anymore.

We’ve spent literally thousands of dollars on Yashino cherries and Japanese maples last spring and this spring (April, 2023). Of our two Japanese maples, one is half-dead and the other just marginally okay. Our Yashino cherries (new this spring - 2023) are dying after excessive rains and appear to have a blight that is destroying the leaves. The response from Pensacola Nursery?Too bad. We’ve planted plenty of other trees from Magnolia Landscape Center in Foley and we haven’t lost one. If you’re looking for better quality mature plantings, go to Magnolia. And if you lose any plants, Magnolia will at least give you a partial credit towards a replacement. Will Pensacola Nursery do that? Nope. Don’t buy what they’re selling because some of it just isn’t appropriate for the weather conditions here in the pan handle and the Redneck Riviera.

I manage a garden center in cedar park Texas. I couldn’t be happier with my visit. This garden center has a unique selection of plants. Around every corner I was inspired to start a different type of garden. Definitely worth stopping by.

I love PSG. The owner is super knowledgeable and helpful. For example, he helped me find the last star jasmine in stock (this took 15 minutes).

Best place in town to get house plants and stuff for your garden. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's always a great experience. I'm constantly telling people they need to go here.

The premiere place for the Panhandle of Florida Pensacola area. It's truly an enchanted garden. Full of beauty at every turn. Prices are reasonable and staff is always eager to help.

This place is pretty amazing. My daughter is crazy about plants and looked up various nurseries and plant shops to visit in the area. This shop is huge and there is something for everyone. We enjoyed wandering the grounds, seeing the koi pond in the back and checking out all of their plants. We picked up banana plants, succulents, flowers, herbs, a nice planter, and a venus fly trap for around $50. My daughter was amazed at some of the gigantic tropical plants in the back for around $50-$60. Easily would be double the price in my neck of the woods. Really nice shop for your plant needs.
