i’m new to the area and this is the first salon i’ve visited. my first and second visit was fair my third visit not so much. i went back on my 3rd visit because the gel polish from 2nd visit started to lift after 4 days. because i get gel polish i know its not supposed to lift and if it does its because it was improperly applied. i made sure to call them as soon as i seen the issue but when i went it i was asked to pay. which i disagreed with; obviously. i asked for the manager and she understood my pov. the guy that fixed the work is the guy that originally serviced me& his attitude was awful. ultimately i was inconvenienced.. i had to take time out of my day to make a return trip .. i shouldn’t have been asked to pay anything and i definitely shouldn’t have gotten any attitude about it. he’s lucky i paid my tip in cash & can’t charge it back. i’ll definitely be looking for a shop from here foward!

I dont usually have a problem with this place at all because I've been going here for years. This time (05/27/25) my mom and I went and I paid seperate, she got a mani and I got a pedi, it has been about a week and I am to the point that my big toe is purple under the nail and painful to touch. I've never had this happen and hate that it happened the first time I've come back in a while. The staff was nice and attentive. Just unsure what happened to cause this. I really hope something like this doesn't happen again because this is painful.

I will never go to this salon again I got a full set with regular polish which comes free with a full set and my toe nail polish changed with regular polish just because they do not have regular polish which someone should of told me I could have went somewhere else I was charged $70 I asked why so much and the lady said they charge the same price for regular polish as the gel Polish ??? no other salon in Pensacola does that so if you don’t want gel polish do not go there

Easy to call & schedule 2 pedicure appts. Staff very friendly. Lisa who did my pedi was kind and skillful! The male staff person who did the other pedi for my group was fantastic as well. Location is worth the drive. New, clean, expert service, 5 stars!!!!

Visited for the first time today for a pedicure and it was a great experience. Lisa was my nail tech and she was super sweet and very good! Nice selection of colors and the wall of polish was labeled with normal/gel (together in a box), powder, and a few others. The place seemed very sanitary as well, they used plastic covers for the tubs and the nail tools were from a newly opened package.

Good experience but a few needs! My heels weren’t scraped very well, no help with info about polish. Just pointed at wall of polished, but come to find out the duo pkgs are one for basic/one gel. Good competitive prices, will return but need to share more expectations.

My first visit today and Im impressed and will use them exclusively going forward. Lucky did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and a new full set of acrylics, including removal of my existing acrylic nails. It's a little more pricey than my usual salon, but you get what you pay for and I'm sold! I will continue to ask for Lucky as his work is perfection!! 💓💓

If you go here I hope you don’t get a very rude and angry short stocky guy name Tenn hu Nygu…Could only see name briefly because he kept snatching on my hand telling me to relax.I said well I might if you weren’t so rough!I almost walked out while he was drilling my gel off.I was dreading the rest of the process.I have never encountered such a rude person that is suppose to provide a pleasant service.He also left nails crooked and burnt my skin around my nails with the drill.The rest of the staff may be ok but this man needs a different line of work.There are many better places to go.I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this one deserves it!!!
